UPDATE: 5/26/11: I've taken a bit of break of swap-bot. I've been super busy in my personal life and cannot do any swaps at this time. I hope to get back into swapping soon.

I can crochet now! I can make scarfs and coasters and I'm working on a blanket!! So if you'd like to do a private swap and would love a scarf or something of that nature let me know!!

ME

About me: I'm a mother and married to my best friend. He's my rock and I do believe in soul-mates. :-) I have 2 boys, 5years old and 2 years old. My family comes before anything.

♥My favorite thing about being a mom is getting to snuggle, play, and all the hugs & kisses. I have never felt more loved in my life until I became a mother. They are my world.

I'm all about peace and expressing yourself as an individual. I am not religious and I do believe in love for all people. I don't believe that you should have to conform to the way people want you to. Age, race, and what your "status" is doesn't matter to me. I cannot stand bullying and judgmental people. In fact, it really saddens me to see all the hate in this world.

I will join what swaps I can and will always follow through with what I sign up for. I won't be late and don't believe in making excuses for being late like several swappers do.
ANGELS--If you'd like to be an angel for a swap I'm hosting please let me know. I do my best to weed out possible flakers, but sometimes it happens anyways and I'm always looking for angels. I WILL angel the swaps I'm hosting if I can't find someone to do it.

My favorite music--well, I really love anything and everything except for hard rock. Some of my favorite bands include Secondhand Serenade, Death Cab for Cutie, Sara Barellies, Tom Petty, Katy Perry, Nickleback, The Fray. I also like older bands like The Beatles--if you have anything Beatle related that would be great!

Man, I have a ton of favorite books--I really love to read. My favorite author is Jodi Picoult and I love all of her books! Another favorite book is Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen, books by Chelsea Cain, and of course but not least, the Twilight books. I am always trying new authors!

I really like all kinds of movies. The Twlight Movies are good, some more of my favorites: What Dreams May Come, Dirty Dancing, Old School, any movies with Sandra Bullock or Gerald Butler in them are wonderful--2 of my favorite actors!

Some of my favorite shows include: The Bachelor/Bachelorette, Secret Life of the American Teenager, Mercy, America's Got Talent, Dr. G The MEdical Examiner, American Idol, and that new show that Jullian Michael's is doing--really good!

I really love to swap anything that can fit into an envelope. Handmade jewelry is nice, bookmarks--love those, stickers, key chains, magnets, stationary, ect. I like inspirational things things. In my spare time, I love to swap, write my pen pals, read, paint pottery at a local shop nearby, play face book games, and shopping at antique stores, thrift stores, and any place that has a lot cute and nifty finds!

I also like to hand-make items though I'm just getting started with it. I'm usually really good at making collages and I can make bookmarks using a type of favorite theme or anything like that. I'm also going to try my hand at making cards so if you'd like to do a swap involving that I'd love it!

My Favorites:

colors: nothing pastel or really bright--I like dark bold colors like dark purple, maroon, brown, ect.

I love super soft things--especially in the winter/fall time

I also love lip gloss/chap sticks, but not lip stick

Chocolate---yum!...hold the nuts please!

coffee---though I don't use a regular coffee maker--I have one of those Kurieg coffee makers so if you have any kind of coffee like that than I'll use it or try it! I don't drink TEA so please don't send it.

Inspirational quotes/things---not necessarily religious

Boy things--as I have 2 boys--little action figures/cars/ect. I wouldn't mind swapping anything like either

♥I send my swaps out pretty quickly--usually the day or the day after partners have been assigned unless I have something going on--in which case I will let my partner know! And I always take the time to write a note to my partner and try and make the swap as neat as possible.

♥I always rate usually the day I get the item and I love giving hearts to people that show they took the time to write a note and make the swap neat!

These are things I don't like:

*people who don't take the time to rate or read profiles

*flakers

*anything with nuts in it

*pastels/very light colors

*things sent in a swap without a note

*scrap things--ribbon, paper you have lying around, or used things...I don't need trash

*things smelling terribly of smoke

*politics

*religious things, unless it's something I could gift to another member in my family

*DRAMA--I hate it and will not put up with it!
