I like to be creative...I have to be creative. I dabble in many things and always look for new ways to use stuff. I love shopping and bargains and coffee shops. I love colour and texture. I love a good book and how sunshine sparkles on water. I love vanilla and brown sugar and earthy green scents. I like form and function and beauty in everyday things. I think art should be accessable to all because I've seen the spark of memory in the elderly's eyes when a old song is played and the delight of touching a silk scarf play across a person's face. This is what life is about. Experiencing it! Being part of swaps, exchanging a bit of art with someone new, sharing something thoughtful. How wonderful!

The 5th element, Frida, Amelie, Foreign films Pulp Fiction, Howls moving castle. Favorite Books: Books were my escape while growing up. I am sucker for dirty historical romances and adventure/fantasy. I love Frances Mayes and books about the "story behind the story" I am just crazy about the Harry Potter Series and Emily Bronte and Fables.

Don't watch much television any more but I did enjoy The Mole Sisters and Travelling shows immensely. Oh and decorating/renovating shows too :)

Paper/cardmaking. I am just getting into collage/mixed media. Mosaic, fabric, sewing, beading, photography. Favorite colours: I am a fan of green, chatreuse and mossy greens are my fav. I like dark greyish plums and deep crimson oranges.

I enjoy learning about other cultures and languages. I especially love crafts from around the world and crafting items from different locales. I like vintage things that are neat and unique and might have a bit of a story behind them.
