I like...

• Seals, dogs (especially poodles!), cats, bunnies, whales
• San-X and anything kawaii (Although Sanrio is okay, I mostly prefer other brands)
• Anything SPARKLY: Glitter, stick-on jewels, confetti
• Things with birds or wings on them, especially accessories/bird and egg miniatures
• Rings... I love rings, especially glass rings. I can wear anything between a size 6 and 7 1/2.
• Charms and interesting beads, especially vintage... I have several charm bracelets (mostly silver).
• Anything heart-shaped
• Miniature versions of things... Anything that's teeny tiny. Like teeny tiny birds or decorations, elaborate paper stickers used for scrapbooking, teeny dollhouse food or furniture.
• Candy... anything chewy-- taffy, gummy candy. Also peanut butter and dark chocolate. Favorite flavors: apple, peach, grape, most tropical fruits like lychee, mango, coconut. I love to try new foreign candies and gums! I also love Annabelle brand candy [e.g., Abba Zabba, Big Hunk, etc.), which is not distributed to the East Coast. I love salty snacks, too.
• Hayao Miyazaki: especially Totoro, Princess Mononoke, and Nausicaa. I prefer the animal/creature/spirit characters from these movies to the actual humans.
• Japanese kitchen gadgets. Interested in bento boxes and bento-related tools and accessories: egg molds, mini soy sauce bottles, foil liners, etc.
• Cake/Cupcake decorating stuff: sprinkles, nonpareils, icing in tubes, cupcake liners, etc.
• Interesting paper scraps for making cards and crafts
• Victorian through 1940's era cards, photographs, children's book illustrations
• Vintage costume jewelry
• Vintage embroidered hankerchiefs. Love anything embroidered, although apparently embroidery itself is not my strong suit :(
• Anything Day of the Dead
• Crochet... Love making amigurumi and appliques. Would love to receive any interesting yarn or amigurumi patterns.
