Comment: Thank you very much for the super mushroom postcard, love the snail sitting there too! The colours of the Autumn leaves are so lovely I think. Ta for the great postage stamp you used I also bought some of those :)
Comment: St Michael's Mount is amazing, isn't it? That card brought back memories of going there with my late husband and getting soaked in the boat on the way over. I'd love to go back, but it's so steep I don't think I'd cope with my knee and spine condition. Thank you so much for reminding me of happy times xx
Response: What a wonderful message. Thanks so much for sharing the memory. You are right, it is pretty steep and I was happy we could walk back to shore and experience both the boat and walk when the tide was out. Thanks for the start 🤗
Comment: Thank you for the fab Happy Potter postcard :-) I have read the first three books, but never got any further. I have to admit I prefer the films! I went to Harry Potter World a couple of years ago, and am dying to be able to go again! Great swapping with you again, thank you <3
Response: I am saving that visit for the next time my friend is visiting with her children as they are all HP fans ☺️
Comment: Hi Sabina, your wax seals turned out SO NICE, just perfect! "Better than email" is a new one for my collection. I will place them in my collection folder over the weekend. Thank you for the sweet extras too!
Response: Hello Barbara. I’m happy to hear you received the mail and like the contents. Thanks for the ⭐️. All the best. S
Comment: This is a lot harder than it looks. I have only managed to work out one of the pairs so far. I am glad it arrived before I posted mine off because I did it wrong. I put the answers in the middle so, I will re-write it. I will need to rope the rest of the family in solve the puzzles.
Response: Brain teaser 😀
Sometimes it is the word on the second row that gives me the idea of what it could be more so than the first and then i just check if it forms a word for the first line too.
Oh, Id be quite interested to see what you had prepared so feel free to send me what you have 😊
Comment: Thank you for the lovely animal postcard. It took me all afternoon to work out some of the anagrams. Hopefully they are, bear, wolf, stingray, seahorse, mare and leopard. Thank you for joining my swap.
Response: Ah sorry about that. If i could draw, i would have added their shape as a clue, but since i cannot doodle, that would have been 0 help. 😂 hope you enjoyed the challenge and thanks for such a fun swap!
Comment: Super postcard Sabrina.Your clues to Where in the UK were excellent. I did guess it right but the way that you hid the answer on the postcard was a really fun idea. The stamp on the postcard was absolutely fabulous! The value of a 2nd class stamp in 2000 was 19p and yet you are still able to use them to cover todays 2nd class postage of 66p as all first and second class stamps are legally usable from which ever year they were bought. This whole swap made me smile from ear to ear, thank you ever so much :)
Comment: Thanks for the nice card! I recently went to the botanical gardens in Edinburgh. I used to go all the time but hadn't for years for some reason! Anyway, had a great time. Plants are great :)
PS. Cool stamp!
Response: Glad you like it. I'm hoping that Kew Gardens will be open and do the light installations this year as I'd like to go to that as it should be possible to do that in a safe way. Just a question of whether they'll do it or it won't be viable financially etc.
