Description:

For this swap we will create 1 handmade postcard in a monochrome color of our partner's choice.

As you sign up for this swap, comment below indicating what color you want to receive a monochrome postcard.

Monochrome means you can use some other colors but the postcard should be predominantly in your partner's color preference. (You can choose the same color as someone else)

I'm leaving plenty of time for creation and collection of the proper color. Also, I like really busy, layered collages and so I'm putting the 10 here - meaning AT LEAST 10 items. An item can be a piece of paper, paint, marker, string, etc.

Postcards can be any size but no smaller than 4 x 6 inches.

nancybarlow 02/14/2014 #

This is a dumb question from a postcard newbie...how do we mail them? In an envelope? Naked and stamped?

GinaVisione 02/16/2014 #

I, like Karen, love all the aquas, but it'll be March, so all shades of green please :D. And I'll even encourage tiny bits of orange to be allowed if you'd like too :D

@nancybarlow - I guess I forgot to mention but usually, I suggest sending handmade postcards naked and leave it to the discretion of the sender to pop it in an envelope or not. I personally like seeing the stamps and address and all that business stuff on the postcard.

So sorry so sorry to have dropped from the swap but I fell on some ice and broke a bone in my wrist. I dropped all but the ones I have finished. won't be swapping for about 6 weeks.

skydancer 02/17/2014 #

to Artstamper - so sorry to hear of your accident! May you heal quickly! I fell yesterday and in addition to scrapes and bruises I either cracked a rib or badly bruised it. But not enough to curtail my swapping. My sympathies are with you.

skydancer 02/17/2014 #

Greens and blues please - thanks.

wolfeagle 02/17/2014 #

Yellow for me. Thank you.
