Description:

LEASE NOTE: Well-established folks ONLY (50 or more Type 2/Type 3 swaps completed). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wouldn't it be great to send a postcard and see where it had been all around the world? Then get it returned back to you after its adventures were over? Let's do it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST ROUND:

Choose a card. A card that you think people would enjoy seeing (however, PLEASE DO NOT USE EXTRA LARGE POSTCARDS THAT WILL REQUIRE EXTRA POSTAGE!). Put your name and address (including the country!) on the right hand side of the card. Put the title of the swap ("Adventures of the Traveling Postcard") and your screen name at the top of the left hand side. PUT IT IN AN ENVELOPE and send it off to your partner. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IF YOU PARTICIPATED IN THE PREVIOUS ROUND(S):

Just write your name, username, city, state/country, on the left hand side of the postcard you received in the previous round. Put it in an envelope and send it to your partner! (DO NOT WRITE YOUR ENTIRE ADDRESS ON THE POSTCARD - THIS TAKES UP TOO MUCH SPACE!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hang on to the postcard(s) that you receive in each round. We will have another round each month. Sign up when you receive yours from the previous round, start another one in rotation, or contact me, as I may have a postcard that needs to be put back into rotation as well! When the left side of the postcard is filled up with the names and cities of those that have received the postcard, the last person will stamp your actual postcard and send it back to you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IMPORTANT:

1.) Please don't send more than 3 cards per round. Hang on to the extra ones and send them in following rounds. If you have too many, please contact me.

2.) Before sending out the cards to the next person, do check if the cards belongs to someone who is still participating. If they are not, please contact me about it.

3.) If you decide to stop the swap, please contact me so you can send your received cards to me and I can keep them in rotation.

4.) Do NOT send the postcard back to the original owner until the left side of the postcard is completely filled unless instructed otherwise. CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT SENDING YOUR PARTNER'S CARD BACK TO THEM AS PART OF THE SWAP ROUND YOU'RE ON.

5.) Do not destroy, bend, write on the front of, or ANYTHING else that destroys the integrity of the postcard. Treat the postcard how you would want yours treated. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well-established folks ONLY (50 or more Type 2/Type 3 swaps completed) and I will ban if I feel that you may be a questionable swapper. I want to do my best to ensure that everyone receives their postcards back. So don't join if you don't think you can commit to it for the long haul. I will be checking EVERYONE'S profile and will ban anyone that I feel like. Thanks and happy swapping!

Does anyone remember seeing my card? Lisa Morris? I have never received one back. :( I may need to start a new one. I have three to pass on this time, theaterfan23; Lubilu; and Janeengland...and a new one for me. : )

ReLigt 02/22/2017 #

I have @CRAFTiiChrissy 's card to forward this round.

@LisaLisa3 - I had one of yours in October, Round 59, but I was never rated by the person that should have received it (sent to Czech Republic), so hopefully it did make it and has been passed on.

Thank you @Tessssssa for letting me know you have my card! I have another one out there somewhere. :)

ReLigt 02/22/2017 #

@theaterfan23 - I saw you asked on the #63 round if anyone had seen yours. I had one of yours in round 61 (December 2016) and passed it on.

Hello, thanks for hosting these swaps. I had noticed them in the past, but never joined. Excited to see where my postcard will travel to! Now to find the perfect card to send...

Deeno1105 03/ 8/2017 #

I just put (Reiligt)'s PC. It'seems more than half full. It has a few more places to visit before coming home.

Deeno1105 03/ 8/2017 #

Well my phone did some weird stuff on the last comment.

It won't let me type the user name correctly. Anyway....your PC is in the mail today & it is about half full.

mcovey 03/ 8/2017 #

EmilyT 03/ 9/2017 #

Do I write the date I received the card or the date I am sending it (would have to wait until next month) on the back?
