I live in the beautiful state of Alabama. I love giving and receiving gifts/packages/trinkets/poems etc. No one can describe me without using the word creative. My husband and I are childless but we are the proud parents of 4 Yorkies, Pepper, Cocoa, Ginger, and Peaches. Yes I am now 4 Yorkie Mom. Peaches was born on 1-19-09 and is the daughter of my Cocoa.

Favorite Music

I love country music, Josh Turner is my favorite. I like contemporary Christian music also. Steven Curtis Chapman is one of my favorites.

Favorite Books

I read all the time. I love the Christian based love stories the best.

-my GOD -my man -my dogs (YORKIES) -Starbuck's Coffee -Sugar free candy (chocolate) -angels -french loop earrings (no earrings with post) -bracelets (8 inch wrist) -snowmen -LIGHTHOUSES -grape motif for my kitchen -seashells for my bathroom -post-it notes -Diet Pepsi -maps, vintage looking -Norman Rockwell -Scrabble -moose, polar bear, elk, decor -christmas ornaments from somewhere other than Alabama -the beach -cruises -NASCAR -horses -arts and craft fairs -magazines about crafts -green -purple -babies -puppies -things to organize my desk at work -pumpkins -fall leaves -picture frames -Anything personalized with my name on it and it is spelled correctly (DARLEEN) -For those who knit, if you send me a dishcloth, you will get a heart. I love them!

Response: WHEW!!! I was getting worried you didn't like them. I hope we can keep a core group of us together as we do this project. One of the April people I sent to did not sign up for May :(

Darleen, I got your surprise package today, and we are both beaming here!....It might be icy and cold outside but all the goodies you sent have made it warm and loving inside!...How can I thank you for all the nifty things?...I'm kind of overwhelmed, but so very thankful!...If I could give you hearts you'd have them for sure!...Just know that everything was as lovingly recieved as it was lovingly sent!...And the kids look GREAT!...give 'em belly rubs for me and be sure to keep in touch!...Much love to you now and through the year!...Deb and Rich
