It is now the start of 2011,I am hoping to have some better health .I have come to the conclusion that you don't die that easily.I am grateful that I can still sew. At the moment I am making cloth dolls from the site OH SEW DOLLIN they are very adictive

I live in Australia. I am a 68year old granny who just loves sewing and all types of craft.I am into cloth dolls bears and gollies and designs patterns. maybe I can share these with you all.I am a christian married for nearly 43yrs with 3 children and 9 grand children.It really bugs me when people celebrate Xmas but hate christianity, I just can't understand it. My house is full of golies dolls and teddies and a lot of the time kids.I love giving . I am not a craft snob only liking the best supplies. Over the years I have seen some really nice work produced with the cheaper materials and on the other hand I have seen some ghastly work produced with the best quality materials So some times I don't think it matters.I have just got hooked on dottee dolls and will trade one on with anyone.I love pretty note paper and envelopes

bear making, Quilting,cloth dolls and gollies crocheting, knitting and machine quilting My favourite colour is purple other favourite colors are cream burgandy olive green and heritage brown but I also love muted pinks and greens as well. I am hooked on crocheting, bags, animals, bears, scarves. I particularly like using 4ply crochet cotton and wool that will felt. I have joined thread animals a yahoo group.

I really love swapping , I am a giver by nature and cannot tolerate flakers.You will never be flaked by me If for some reason you don't receive from me then please contact me. I dslike freaky swaps such as monsters, ghosts, or devil related articles.I much prefer pretty girly items. My favourite gift is a knitting or crochet kit or a teddybear kit.I love making things. I love receiving dolls, especially hand made ones but not spookky freaky ones.just cute ones about 8 inches high

My special loves are brooches dolls teddies buttons cute patterns [,knitted ,crocheted or sewn] I am very partial to black dolls , have been since I was a child, but I also like other dolls as well Really nice Barbies, Cabbage patch, or funky ones that other people make.

I have a new love Babushka dolls, I love the ones that stack inside each other , as well as the brooches and key rings too . I have even made cloth ones. I love working with felt too so coloured felt is always on my wish list

I have started being interested in postcards from where you live ,and posted naked. And I love Friendship Quilts but it is hard to get together a group of committed people. and I must add Owls.they just seem to touch my heart.
