About Me

I am 47and have 3 boys. My favorite color is blue and I love the outdoors, reading, board games, the muppets and movies. My favorite season's are Spring and Fall. My boys like dinosaurs, sharks, whales, jellyfish, space, starwars and soccer. We own a Land Rover it is blue and our lab/doolde loves to ride along.

Favorite Music

I don't have a certain music taste. I like anything from Beck to Great Big Sea. When I am not listening to cd's I am listening to NPR and dig the World Cafe.

Favorite Books

Reading is a fave! I just loved Twilight. I like Stienbeck and Debbie Macomber. Harry Potter consumed my reading life for a while. I love to read and so do my kids...it can open the imagination.

Favorite Movies

Movies are a "must". I love brat pack movies...the one's from the 80's..Pretty In Pink...Sixteen Candles. I am a sucker for musicals and fantasy. Not big on action moives.

Favorite Television

I love the Love Boat and have season one on dvd. Greys is awsome and I like to be swept away in the fact that on the Antique Road Show your 5.00 purchace at a garage sale could be worth a million!

Favorite Crafts

I just started knitting and trying my hand a spinning. Scrapbooking is so fun...I love to keep our family memories for generations to come. I like to do or try any craft...I think it helps you think out side the box.

Favorite Foods

I dig on dark chocolate. I just aquired the like for Thia food. I prefer hot chocolate and like the smell of coffee but can't stand to drink it. Strawberry and Raspberry are my favorite berries. Living in Alaska for years so...fish is king and so is crab...YUM! White wine and hard cider are on the drink list.

Comment: Yay! Just got your package today! What sweet dolls (altho my husband was wondering where the doll representing him was! LOL So he promptly took all the chocolate as a consolation!) Thanks for the extras. Can't wait to try the soap and the popcorn and of course the chocolate.

Comment: My goodness. I could NOT wipe the smile off my face when I opened this package. Lots more than I expected and not only did I receive two matchboxes, I also received yummy chocolate (which I ate while I looked through all of my goodies), gorgeous Hawaiian soap (I will be using it tonight), love heart jelly window clings (too adorable) and a really cute Hawaiian postcard. You made my day and I can't wait to show my husband when he gets home from work. P.S. I was nice and saved him a piece of chocolate!! P.P.S. I loved all of the little trinkets in the matchboxes. Please also pass on my thanks to 10 year old Courtney for her contribution.

Comment: HEATHER!! Wow, I received my box of goodies from you yesterday and I was totally surprised! You really over did it... but man, I love everything! The chocolates WERE awesome... I ate them all before my boys arrived home from school. heheh! The soap smells wonderful! The hand towels are too cute and the Santa embellishments are adorable. Oh yeah, and the cards are beautiful. If I could give you 5, no make that 10 hearts, I would. Thank you for brightening my week!

Comment: I got the package today and I am completely blown away! I just want to tell you how much I truly appreciate all your thought and time you put into this package. The whole family came when I opened it up and everyone was like WOW! The kids loved the Hershey kisses with macadamia nuts and the trail mix assortment! I didn't know they made Hershey kisses like this! Your yarn ball was MAGIC! I loved everything you put inside! Beautiful beads,buttons,fabric,THE LEI!! The extras- OH MY! You spoiled me like it was my special day! The earrings are just lovely( I am wearing them now!) The necklaces are very pretty!! The soap smells delicious! Thank you so very much!!!
