Thank you for the awesome lucky cat card, Hello Kitty envie, and black cat PC (I'm never giving it away!) for the April M/FT/L WTA. I really don't want to give the card away either. It's way too cool. :P
Hi Stephanie.
If you want to see bald eagles in the wild Alaska is the place to come to!!! I typically see 3-5 pairs, a day, in the winter, 50-100 pairs in the spring and summer along with their fledged eaglets and 1-3 year olds. In Hanes, AK, they have counted 600 pairs at one time. They have an eagle festival there in November through the American Eagle Foundation. I am a lifetime member. :) In the lower 48, we would see eagles, in the fall, along the Mississippi River, by Lacrosse, WI. It is amazing that eagles have made such a wonderful comeback from the DDT scare when I was young! On FB, there are sites with webcams of nesting pairs, showing eagles raising their babies. Thanks so much again for all the wonderful things you sent in my "Bird Week" pkg! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Hello there! I was wondering if you would host another rock swap? I was in your first 2 :) I went to a gem and mineral show a while ago and I have some awesome things I'd like to share with others! xoxo
