First, I am one of the FEW men on this site, so please ladies, be nice! :~)

Just in case this is needed, my ALL time favorite things in life are: Pullover Hoodies (I plan to make a swap with these when I am able to), the color orange, and rain... If you can give me all of these things, you will see one happy man!

I believe in orange juice with just the right amount of pulp, in belly laughs, and in tickle fights. I believe in saying no to people sometimes. I believe that you should either wear sandals or go barefoot. I believe that sometimes you should let your kids eat chocolate ice cream for breakfast, but I also believe in the importance of teaching them that they aren't the ones ultimately in charge. I believe in the snooze button. I believe that the left lane is for passing, and that slow drivers should stick to the right. I believe in acting like a kid occasionally. I believe that everyone should know how to speak at least one foreign language. I believe in self-indulgence, but not all the time. I believe in making spaghetti sauce from scratch. I believe that there is absolutely no place for alarm clocks while on vacation and I believe that bacon should be cooked until it is really crispy. I believe that everyone should try to do at least one lasting thing to make the world a better place. I believe in fake butter on movie popcorn. I believe that you should never say never. I believe that life is best when you can laugh at yourself and share a little bit of yourself with others.

Some important things about me, but nowhere near all of them: I bruise easily. I eat carbs unapologetically. I play well with others. I'm the oldest child. I hate being the oldest child. I have strong tendencies towards laziness. I'm addicted to bed. I'm the worst getter upper EVER. Seriously. I don’t tan. I freckle. I want to be a missionary. I love olives and ranch but not usually together. I'm a semi-secret hippie and emo wannabe. I suck at most everything athletic. I am shamelessly addicted to reality TV. I like most anybody who can make me laugh. I'm educated, and I have the student loans to prove it.

I like EVERYTHING!

But the best way to win me over is to give me anything acoustic...

Like everything else in my life, my reading habits are all over the place. I enjoy fiction, but at the same time, I like things from the social science section too...

I have most of Chuck Palahniuk's books and look forward to all his new ones. I just recently got the newest (#5) PostSecret book and am also looking forward to the next one of those as well... I am pretty sure I have most all of Stephen King's books and managed to get every one of them in Hardback. I love first editions of ANY book, and if it is paperback (which I try not to get most of the time), I REFUSE to bend it in such a way that there will be creases down the spine. I am particular about my books, and most people think that is weird, but I love them, and I tend to keep them forever!

I like most everything male related when it comes to television. I like to watch all the CSI's if I can find the time. I also like a few reality shows. The main ones I watch are Survivor, Big Brother, and Amazing Race. My family watches EVERYTHING. And when I say EVERYTHING, I mean everything, so chances are if you watch it, I probably have a working knowledge of the current season.

I also like Heroes... A friend and I have started re-watching them from the beginning, and plan to watch them til the end... It's interesting to see how they can keep my attention from show to show. I also like Lost, but got a bit sidetracked from that show. I have plans to return soon and start that one from the beginning again too...

I like to watch ANYTHING on the food network or any other food preparation channel. If it looks good, or looks a bit awkward, chances are I will want to try it out!

I also wish I had Adam Richman's job on Man v. Food! Some of the things he has gotten to eat look amazing! And just getting the chance to eat those enormous amounts of food in one sitting is something most people barely get to do once in their lifetime.... But this man gets to do it on a regular basis... That is what heaven must be like, ladies and gentlemen...

If it's put together well, I will watch it. Though I have an obsession with 80's movies and I am ALWAYS on the look out for the trailers to the new Harry Potter movies...

As I stated above, if what you are sending me is somehow a Hoodie, orange, rain, or anything related or may resemble any of those things... I WILL BE HAPPY! :~)
