The thing I love the most is being surprised with what I receive. It's nice to receive something I said I liked, but it's even nicer to receive something original that I didn't expect. So, surprise me! That being said, I also love:

stickers! paper destash!!! artistamps, postage stamps, rubber stamps, stationery, anything kawaii, anything shoujo manga, anything related to the characters on the list, envelopes, Postcards with any theme (with something nice written on), Harry Potter anything, comments on my blog, interesting magazine images. I love it when my partner decorates the envelope or package! Plus, I think including a short letter is always a nice detail :-) I pretty much like everything I receive.
