When I married into the military, I decided to read up on military life (even though I grew up in the military) because I'd be in charge of it all (instead of just helping). I read four or five books, but the one that I thought would be the most helpful to a new military wife was Today's Military Wife. I think that you might also like Help! I'm a Military Spouse - I Get a Life Too!... it might help you figure out how to balance school, career, and military life.
