swaps: I'm in Australia, For the majority of swaps I send them quite some time before the send by date. If anything should not arrive, I would appreciate a PM so things could be worked out.

Let me confess..I AM A YARNAHOLIC & a FABRIC-A-HOLIC..

I live in Horsham, Vic, Australia. Now single (for many years, since '84) by choice. I have 2 Adult sons & 2 Grandchildren. 1 girl, 15 years & 1 boy 9 yrs.

I love all types of pens, notepads & blank notecards.

Please no herbal teas, incense or seeds. These items will be seized by customs. Another thing that will not get through is dried bananas.

Favourite animal ...cats, especially tigers..Although I really do like any animal as long as it doesn't bite me! I do have a real fear/phobia of the eight legged variety..SPIDERS! eeeeeew, yuk, scary monsters they are. If, ever you look at my Flickr pics...beware. Would you believe there is a picture of a huge spider on there? Makes me shiver just thinking about how I got close enough to take that picture.

Trying to destash...it's slow going because I hate parting with my yarn.

too hard to pinpoint one or two, but - country music would have to be at the top (Alan Jackson, my all time fave). Now there's Elvis, Julio Iglesias,. But not rap & hip hop???. and of course there's QUEEN. 60's & 70's..Fave radio station is GOLD 104 - "You know, the oldies type of stuff".

Nbr 1 favourite craft is sewing tote bags and other baggy items. I really must expand on some of the sewing that I do. I used to be hooked on making Dotees, but that's now down the list a bit.Still love them and have a large collection just hanging around the house. I love to crochet, mainly toys, blankets and some amigurumi. I love to knit too, again, mainly toys. Over the years I have knitted and crocheted many different things, including thread doilies. Many of my knitted and crocheted toys have won awards/prizes at the Royal Melbourne Show.

Pysanky, only when I'm in the mood as this is very time consuming. It takes me a whole day to do just one egg.

Love all colours & combinations of colours, except for murky/muddy looking colours.

100% cotton fabric.

Do not like tie dyed or batiks. Have no use for kids fabrics..except for swapping.

Once tried punch needle embroidery but failed miserably and gave that a miss.

Love buttons...,especially love the larger ones that I can use on tote bags. Any really, but not the tiny wee ones.

Yaay, I've recently re-introduced myself to cross stitch again...and liking it very much.

I have totally stopped doing any type of papercrafts, there's just not enough time.

Favourite sweets have become...Tootsie rolls,chocolate covered mini tootsie rolls, saltwater taffy, reeses pieces, reeses peanut butter cups & butterfingers also.. I now love Peanut butter M&M's...(wanna see how quick I can scoff a packet?..lol).
foodstuffs like different Chilli mixes...love spicy foods. My favourites may be the above, but I'm not allowed to eat them at all, except in my dreams now.
I still eat the spicy stuff :)

When sending fabric, I do not like or use batiks. No use for kids prints.

I do not do papercrafts.Please dont send papercraft items, unless in the swap description.. they will be re-gifted or the other option and i'm not keen on doing that to a swapper who has taken time & effort into putting together a nice package for me.

Please, no atc's and stickers Some of the ones I've seen, very nice... but they're not for me...I just don't get it!

Last but not least: please do not write anything religious on the back of the enveloppe or package.
