Although I do love swapping, I have an incredibly busy life (classes for eight hours a day and then work for 3-4 hours, five days a week) so sometimes my packages are a little late. I try not to take on more than I can handle, but sometimes unexpected things come up I can't find the time to send out even the simplest of swaps by their deadline. If this is the case, I will ALWAYS PM/e-mail my partners, so if you don't receive word from me I beg of you to contact me before you rate. As you can see, the only reason that I've been rated with 3's is because my PM's didn't go through to my partners and I'm still a little peeved about that. I recycle almost all of my packaging and will always rate fairly - I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and I hope for the same courtesy from others.
