I am glad you came to check out my profile, the photo above is our Boston Terrier rescue dogs, They are either kissing, fighting or sleeping it seems. They used to be Winslow & Lambi, but my sister has decided we need to change their names to Bonnie & Clyde. Seems one is always causing a diversion while the other steals her dogs food & Toys. But they look so innocent!

Right off the bat, I have to request that you rate, I love knowing you received your swap! I pledge to do the same. I open your package at my computer desk, and rate while I am there. My goal is to make your experience swapping a good one.

I am 61, where did the years go? I retired due to the pain of fibromyalgia. Have been married 20yrs & 19 grandchildren. Expecting our first great Grandson in March. Until things (money) change I have to limit my swaps awhile. Although I have had fibromyalgia for years, I have never had this combo of contributing factors, osteoarthritis, age, or weight before. It really knocked me down in January 2011. I always thought I would retire at 70, things have a way of going their own way don't they?

I have taught myself to do all the art you see or receive unless otherwise stated.

I love to learn new things, and could be a full time student. That’s if I had unlimited funds, so needless to say I just do what I can with what I have.

It’s Not Trash It’s Ephemera....

Because I knew money would be tight once I retired I bought supplies. Now, while I may have over abundance of supplies, I wish I had more. There is always a new product coming out that I would love to ‘play’ with. My sister & husband think I am a step away from being on a hoarder’s episode. They don’t see beauty in rusty things, broken things, or just ‘stuff’ like I do. But, to tell you the truth I really do have visions of finishing everything I ever started and am so happy to have something that is mine to do, & happy I have ‘stuff’ to do it with. Just stay out of my craft room if you can’t stand to look.

People on Swap-bot are wonderful, wish I could sit down with a cup of coffee and talk to each of you that I trade with.

My favorite things to do are try new techniques; watercolors being one of those techniques.

I enjoy the Page by Page group because I dislike mailing a whole journal due to postage & wondering will it get to its destination. Maybe the receiver dislikes my type of workmanship? So a page is perfect, we all get variety that way. The pages we receive will put in an album for now, but hope to later add them to a scrapbook layout.

When I was younger I read all the time but-No longer read except the internet, minimal-commitment reading & directions-just not enough hours in the day.
