I'm taking a little break from swapping since I seem to be so stressed due studies and other stuff that it seems I can't stick to deadlines. Will definitely be back as soon as life's a wee bit less hectic. I'll get a notice in my e-mail every time I get a message here so you'll be able to reach me if necessary :)

I'm a 23 year old girl, who's been swapping decobooklets and such for years (pics on my Flickr photos). I love getting mail and sending surprises so I thought Swap-bot was just the place for me :)

I started studying Finnish language at Helsinki University this fall. I'm in a long-term relationship and we just moved in together.

I lovelovelove tea, I love to try new flavours and like almost all of them (sending loose tea is okay). Also I'm a sucker for candy and chocolate so you'll probably see me participating in tea and candy swaps a lot :D

I like a lot of things, really, but here's a quick list for you who are interested :)

nature, literature, colors, movies, fat mail, art nouveau, beads, typewriters, travelling, trains, animals, writing (I have a bunch of penpals), hot chocolate, accents, old buildings, leaves, nepalese & indian food, staying up too late, music, singing, recycling, bags, creativity, flea markets, hugs, activism, puzzles, stationery, collages, novelty yarn, pin-up girls

My wishlist:

• Stationery. I like nature themes, vintagey themes and cute themes (no Suzy's Zoo, please). I have more paper than I have envelopes so sending just envelopes is more than okay! No blank paper or blank white envelopes, please. Blank but coloured envelopes are okay :)
• Glass beads. Every size, shape and colour. Also those fancy beads made from stones or seashells would be much appreciated (or even ones that aren't actually made from stones or shells but look like they are).
• Novelty yarns, ribbons, fibers. Any left-overs you have are okay as I use them for crafts :)
• Candy and chocolate (and other sweet stuff) that I can't get from Finland (you can always ask me about a particular type of choc or candy and I can tell you if I can get it here or not). Also other snacks, I like salty things almost as much as sweet things ^_^ No peanuts or peanut butter please! I'm not allergic, I just don't like the taste of them. Other nuts are yummy! I like almost every type of candy and sending your fave candy or chocolate would be great :) I'm not too keen on fruits in chocolate but I'll still eat it. Who knows, if I get something yummy enough I could change my mind! :D
• Caramel tea, Celestial Seasonings Chai teas, yummy fruit infusions. I do like other teas as well (of course!), these are just harder to come by in Finland and I've received some mouthwatering samples from abroad. Your own personal favourite teas are welcome too :) You can send me black, green or white tea, mate, rooibos, fruit and herbal infusions. If there's something else tea-ish I'm ready to try it too!
• ATC's. I'd like to expand my collection.
• Items for (paper)crafts. Papers (colored or made by you would be a real treat!), tags, ephemera, brads, pictures, photos.. Use your imagination :) I'd love to receive any extras you have lying around and there's nothing I'm not going to be able to use ;)

No no's:

• Peanuts OR peanut flavoured things. I just don't like the taste of them. So no Butterfingers or Snickers or any of the like, thanks.
• Chocolate with orange flavour.
• Blank stationery, blank white envelopes.
• Knick knacks. I don't like to gather stuff around me except to use them like stationery, craft supplies etc.
• Licorice flavoured tea. Black licorice candy.

Terry Pratchett! Oh I just love his work 3) I read other stuff too, like world classics and just about anything as long as I have a good recommendation :)

I watch a lot of movies but I'm not good at picking favourites. Well I like Tim Burton's movies, they're always great. I'll watch almost any movie as long as it's not a horror movie, a teen movie or one of those comedies where the main feeling you experience is embarrasment.

I like to watch documentaries, mostly about nature and science but others as well. I like britcom (eg Little Britain), police & forensic dramas (eg NYPD Blue, C.S.I.) and I also watch series like Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Gilmore Girls.

Knitting, cross-stitching and paper crafts, though I like to try new things when possible.

I always send what I've promised and I always rate! I don't rate 1 without contacting first. Also, if for something really earthshaking should come up and I couldn't make the swap deadline, I'd contact you about it.

I understand delays but I expect you to contact me if you can't make the swap deadline.

If something I sent you or you sent me goes missing in the mail, we'll sort things out. I'm almost always ready to re-send.

This is just a reminder for myself, so I'll know what to excpect in the mail ^_^ I'll remove these once I receive them.
