Jan 23rd~ Today has been wonderful for me for a change... my mom does not have cancer... but they are watching it because they said it presents like myeloma but the chain is broken... dunno what exactly that means but she is cancer free!!!!

My hubby and I finally talked and agreed to marriage counseling and him moving out of his friends and in with my parents til we figure out what we're doing...

and finally... I HAVE INTERNET!!!!! I still hate clearwire though... lol ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Jan 21~ Well last weekend we finally got the snow we were suppose to get in December...lol Only as the week went on it got alot worse and by Wednesday the whole city was shut down... there was so much snow that it caused the internet to go down(still is) and the power would go off and on for days.. it is finally consistently on since last night...Clearwire has no reasons to give me why my internet is still not working... they think there is an issue with the tower but cant get anyone out til tomorrow... or t hey are going to mail me a new modem(didnt we just do this last month? UGH) Im so sick of clearwire...

I will probably not be logging in until I have internet access... I am out of town today so I am able to get online and get all the info I need for the swaps that are due so I can mail them out this week... but I wanted to post an update just in case I am not able to get back on to mark swaps sent... all swaps that are due will be mailed out on time... any swaps that were due last week were dropped off at the PO but Im not sure how or when they were processed with the power situation

Jan 14th~Summing up all updates into this one....

I am cutting way back on my swapping... I have too much going on right now and for the most part my swapping will come very close to a complete stop...I am finishing up the swaps I am currently in and I will only be participating in quick and easy swaps until I feel more like myself...

The end of last year was the worst I have ever experienced...so much happened all at once... it was like once I found my footing from one thing I got blindsided and drop kicked by something else...I just really feel broken right now

I was sick for a long time...still lingering...but getting alot better thanks to breathing treatments, meds and a puffer... I knew it was gonna be a doozy when it went into December and I was still sick...and here we are in a whole new year...A few years ago I had MRSA pneumonia (MRSA in the lungs) which caused lung damage so a simple cold can wipe me out for weeks and an increased chance of it turning into something more serious...especially where I live wet and nasty all the time...

My mom had a routine MRI for an existing problem and lawsuit and they discovered she had lesions on her spine and she is seeing an oncologist who has said but not confirmed it to me myeloma which is cancer

I separated from my husband a few days before Xmas...and it is really starting to take a toll on me... every day that goes by I die a lil more inside...I cope but Im just not myself...most days I just spend in bed thinking or sleeping not wanting to do much else...I didnt think it would suck this bad :( And although I know we will work it out...we aren't talking so it makes it so much harder... and the shitty part of it is it wasnt due to something major like infidelity... just stupid stuff that we should have been able to talk about and work on...UGH :-(

SWAPPING STUFF

I usually do and try my hardest to mail my stuff on time.. alot of the time I mail way before the deadline ...however I am human and we don't live in a perfect world so there may be times where life happens and a swap may be delayed a day or so...

I print all my shipping labels from home with tracking for type 3 pkgs(US only)...but I use stamps for postage so it is postmarked and scanned...

Im SAHM of 1...we live in the Pacific northwest on the coast. Close to where vampires and werewolves hang out (Twilight) Im just a hop skip and jump away from Forks Wa...

I try to to live as self sufficient /sustainable as possible... We grow our own food...I love to garden...we have both flower and a HUGE veggie garden. Having an all organic garden is something I take pride in.

We have backyard chickens for eggs and I find them very entertaining...they think they are lap dogs...

I want to pursue a degree in something naturopathic...I want to be an herbalist, not to make a career out of it but to have the ability & knowledge to keep my family healthy and have it be 100% natural.

I am hoping one day to buy some property in the mountains of Eastern Oregon where I grew up. I want to have a mini homestead~off the grid... I dunno why but I want that Little house on the prairie kind of life...kinda a mix of Amish and little house/Prairie...a simple life....this is where my degree will come in handy...I can be the hillbilly Dr on the mountain... lmao

We have 9 furbabies they are just an added extension of our family...we treat them and they act just like a human member of the family...YES WE LOVE OUR PETS!!!! Only 2 of these furbabies are allowed in my swap area...so there is a slim chance of getting a stray hair. I do double check all swaps as I am putting them together.
