Mummybear

I live in Wales (it's right next to England!)with my lovely husband, my toddler and our two cats. We live in a converted barn with views of hills and I love being at home although I'll have to go back to work eventually! I love to read, write, craft, cook, dream and spend time with my family.

Dave Mathews Band, Nancy Griffiths, Simon and Garfunkel, Coldplay, Musicals, The Decemberists, Stuff from the 60's, Stereophonics, oh, just so eclectic!

Strictly Ballroom; Romeo and Juliet; Moulin Rouge. Classic dramas. Burn after reading; The Big Lebowski. The Royal Tenembaums; Rushmore; Darjeeling Limited. Amelie; Disney Pixar animations (especially the shorts!) Films of musicals - particularly Hairspray.

I love all those standard classics like Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre. I enjoy novels by Margaret Atwood. Some of my favourite books of all time are 'The Time Travellers Wife'; 'Music and Silence'; and 'Mr.Norrell and Jonathan Strange'. I also enjoy reading 'teenage fiction', if it's quality!

Will Cross stitch till my eyes cross. Increasingly skilled with card making and keen to try my hand at more papercrafts. Dabble in scrapbooking. Also fabric projects and creating 'stuff' from found items. I also enjoy taking photos.

Colours - I wear lots of blue and pink. I like purple and green. Foods - Chocolate, tea (black or green, not fruity) and biscuits. Animals - Rabbits are cool and I like fish. Swapbot swaps - I like the writing challenges best!
