About Me

I live in Wales (it's right next to England!)with my lovely husband, my new baby boy(born 4th May 2007) and our two cats. We live in a converted barn with views of hills and I run an online craft party plan business. I love to read, write, craft, cook, dream and spend time with my family.

Favorite Music

Dave Mathews Band, Nancy Griffiths, Simon and Garfunkel, Coldplay, Musicals, The Decemberists, Stuff from the 60's, Stereophonics, oh, just so eclectic!

Favorite Movies

Any thing directed by Baz Lurhmann (Strictly Ballroom; Romeo and Juliet; Moulin Rouge). Classic dramas, Coen Brothers movies (Oh Brother where art thou?; The man who wasn't there) The Royal Tenembaums; Rushmore; Amelie; and Disney Pixar animations (especially the shorts!)

Favorite Television

The West Wing, ER We can't get TV reception here!

Favorite Crafts

Will Cross stitch till my eyes cross. Increasingly skilled with card making. Dabble in scrapbooking. Also fabric projects and creating 'stuff' from found items.

Comment: I had to laugh at your comment about seaweed. I think our family is the only family in our town that thinks spiced dried nori seaweed is a treat. I'll make the Welsh cakes for breakfast next Sunday. Thanks!
