About Me

I WILL BE AWAY FROM MY COMPUTER UNTILL THE 24th OR 25th. I have been a member of Swap-bot since June 2006. I'm a 50+++ female with a DH and one son of 30 and we live within the sound of the sea on the edge of the city.

Favorite colours are in the blue, purple, pinks for all the year except at Christmas when they are all the Christmas coulours.

I drink my coffee black and strong and a little herbal tea-mainly citrus blends, also in one swap I got a packet on hot spiced cider red delicious, yum yum.

My tip-in size is 8 1/2 x 11 and folded so 2 pages of 8 1/2 x 5 1/2.

I am a mad collector and collect magic lanterns, plates, egg cups, optical toys, pigs, dolls, rubber stamps, cat postcards, hand made postcards, very old Christmas cards and Christmas decorations to name but a few.

DH and I belong to a group that care for an Edwardian house in Ferrymead Historic Village and dress Edwardian quite often for different goings on in the village and for fundrising projects.

I read Si Fi, craft mags and poetry.

I'm in love with my digital camera and it goes almost every where with me.

all paper crafts. all colours and styles excet crude and dark arts. I love taking photos and swapping them. Altered books and hand made postcards. Buton and Beaed fairy's are cool.

My wish list please

I love small heart shaped paper doilys and as I cannot buy them in New Zealand I would love it if any one sent me one or two in their choice of colour. I love Wild Sweet Orange herbal tea I think it's made by TAZO.

Response: I hope you liked it, I did try to work to your profile :-) I saw you liked green and hand made cards so the green hand made card. Have you read the book by E. H. Shepard "Drawn From Memory" about when he was 7 and 8 and was already drawing?
