I am a 26 yr old SAHM from GA. A true county girl at heart! I started palling in jr. high and continued on until 2003. My pals and I sent small packages every now & then with our letters. I miss sending and receiving those letters and packages and would like to get back into it. I decided to start back palling. Searching for pen pals sites I came across this site, what a treat! I love to travel, theme parks, water parks, national parks, or just quite parks where you can have picnics, I love them all! Purple is my favorite color. The Coldest Winter Ever by Sista Souljah is my favorite Book. Hello Kitty and Scooby Doo are my favorite cartoon characters. Crazy huh? A cat and a dog, one is girlie and the other is not. Just shows how controversial I am, shrugs! I take tons of pictures, I have a son and I try to capture every moment. I LOVE LisaFrank and Sanrio that is what most of my stationary is! I fell in love with LisaFrank at an early age and my collection never stopped. I guess that's bad with me being an adult and all, but I don't care. Those little animals are cute! I have a very large movie, book, and music collection. No particular themes or genres if it catches my attention I like it. I believe in giving every thing as well as everyone a fair chance. I'm constantly surfing the net in my spare time. I have multiple messengers if you have those, maybe we can add each other and chat sometime. I am also interested in hearing about family traditions different families have. I would like to start a few of my own. I am fun, outgoing and like to make new friends, write letters, send pictures and put together gifts packages (nothing much just small cute items I like to share every now and then) as well as receive them. So when I found this website it was like a dream come true! I would really like to make lots of new friends that I can swap with for years to come! I am hoping to gain more than just some mail, but lifetime companions (meaning Friends Forever)!

I guess you can say I'm into reality shows I watch any and all my favorite is True Life. I recently fell inlove with the series True Blood! I also enjoy watching CSI any will do, Jon & Kate plus 8, Cold Case, Law & Order, Biggest Loser, Wife Swap, Trading Spouses, Home Made Simple, Hells Kitchen, House of Payne, and anything on LifeTime.

I love to try arts and crafts. I made my son's baby book. I couldn't find one that had all of the pages I wanted so I created one. I love scrapbooking, making mini scrapbooks, putting photo albums together, and I'm also creating my own family cookbook. I would like to have something to leave behind for my kids (not that I am ready to go!). I enjoy playing with any office supply and just love colorful pens. I also love anything that has to do with July 4th, because that's my B-day!! My son began school this term so I try to do little art projects at home he loves scissors & glue..lol. Any suggestions you have for us are welcome!

I collect Books (especially cookbooks), Journals (blank), Stationary, Stickers, Colorful pens, Office/Craft Supplies, Bookmarkers, Bath and body material, Recipes, Movies, N E & Everything that has 2 do with July 4th, LisaFrank and Sanrio items. I recently began to collect scrapbook material because I have started working on my books again and there is so much out there.

Because some swaps are based on kids I thought I would add info. on my little man. He is 3 yrs old and so full of life! He loves Spongebob, Diego, Caillou, Arthur, Clifford, Barney, Handy Manny, Curious George, Little Bill, Little Bear, and Max & Ruby. He is into cars, trucks, books (loves for me to read to him). He loves to write and color, so a notepad or book & pencil or pen would be ok for him too. He loves to color! He's been pretty good about not marking on the walls and clothes so far so water paints, crayons, and markers are allowed. He has a baby & reg leap frog if you can find any cartridges. He has just started school & likes to go over his flash cards (hint, hintsight words). He likes anything musical and loves the outdoors!!! He's now into wearing hats for some reason..LOL! In a Penpal I'm looking for someone that is honest, that understands you write whenever you get free time you can't always write every week, Someone that does not give out rules (never experienced this but keep hearing about it..lol), someone that is looking for a friend and not just another pal to add to their collection (Pen pals are humans you shouldn't collect them), Someone that has a sense of humor and likes to have fun, and someone that can be a little chatty at times. I can be and needs someone that does not mind the occasional mini book! I don't have to have long letters in return all the time, but no form letters please. I would like to know whats going on with you and your life. I do type my letters at times and need pals that don't care about this. All the letters that I type are personal and typed for each pal, no form letters here! I do swap Fbs, FSs, X-Slips, Labelbags, Stickerbags, Memobags, Goodybags, Recipes, Bookmarkers, Stickers, Stationary, Postcards from your area or places your have visited and Scrapbooking & Craft supplies.

I saw that a lot of the swaps had to do with chocolate and food. So I decided to add this paragraph for that reason. I am not too choosy when it comes to food. But I HATE DARK CHOCOLATE! Specially Candy bars! Fudge and chocolate syrup are fine with me. White chocolate is ok but I LOVE MILK CHOCOLATE! Snickers and Strawberries would have to be our favorite foods. Yes, both my son and mine..LOL!!! SWEET & SAVORY! As for the recipe swaps, I don’t use much cheddar or American cheese so please no recipes using those unless they can be sub.,THANKS! I will however take as many STRAWBERRY recipes as you would like to send. We visit my sister every year in SC and pick strawberries at the strawberry field. It’s so much fun!

*I read swap info & saw pics of whimsy jars and matchboxes now I'm very curious about both. Would someone be willing to send me an email or direct me to a website so I can get directions about how to make these.
