I appreciate you looking at my profile.
To me, Swap-bot is more about how I can make my 'Bot' partner happy with a card, craft or my version of 'art.'
I'm married with two children. We have two cats and a ferret. The cats aren't around my crafting items but if you do receive a stray hair, I apologize. My favorite animal we shared our home with was a Bearded Dragon. He was absolutely the BEST-
I read every profile of every partner I am assigned; regardless of the swap criteria. I prefer a more personal swap and tend to go on what my partner really likes. Silly but it's almost like picking a perfect Birthday gift to send. I really try to send based off profiles- even if it's a post card.
My favorite television shows are Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead. I try to catch Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report- they are both so funny.
We have a daughter in college and our son is in high school. I'm very close to both but don't see our daughter as much as I would like :( I'm pretty lucky to have a son at 15 who is not embarrassed to see a movie or go to the mall with his old Mom. I've recently introduced him to second hand stores and it's an event now to shop!
We seriously look for cool things but also look for the most hideous thing we can find and surprise each other at the checkout.
Whomever wins must buy the others 1 item (Limit is 99 cents)
He once found a figurine that had us both crying we laughed so hard. I admit, he usually wins. Awesome memories in the making :D
Day of the Dead
Amigurumi- I bow to the talent you have. Amazeballs!
Non cartoon items as listed:
Owls
Jellyfish
Pink flamingos
Elephants
Octopus
Gargoyles
Santa Claus
Snowmen
Unusual salt and pepper shakers: esp from other countries but dollar store ones are great too.
Cute things made of polymer clay- especially Halloween themed stuff- graveyard style.
Handmade Christmas ornaments
Vintage or quirky kitchen towels
Kitschy (religious items are welcome in this category)
Steampunk
Dotee dolls
Shrines
Felt food and plushies (Even the ones with faces- but I don't think those are Kawaii.
Now on to the PLEASE DO NOT SEND:
Any food items- unless it's a specific swap I'm in.
No scented items please- they trigger migraines. I do not use air fresheners nor candles for the same reason. Even household chemicals bother me- we are a Simple Green sassafras family :-)
I do not have pierced ears nor wear any jewelry other then my wedding ring.
I do not wear any make-up
Please, nothing cutsie like ceramic kitties, puppies, stuffed animals, kawaii, Hello Kitty, etc. My children, nieces and nephews are too old to appreciate. I would not toss them but would recycle/re-gift.
Nothing religious please. Unless it's kitschy- I'm atheist - and no - atheism is not a religion. Atheism is a religion just like "off " is a TV channel.
I will send religious items if that is what I believe my partner would like but I prefer not to receive. I appreciate you respecting my wishes.

No worries, I don't need glitter and glam, just glad you dropped by to say hi :)) Hugs!
Wish you didn't leave or maybe I just haven't seen you around! But I do think about you! HUGS!!
How am I a manipulative liar? If you're going to accuse me of that, I think I have a right to know. What a cunt.
Just dropping by to say "HI" :))
Thank you for your kind words. It pleases me to know you liked my creation.
