I live in Alaska and enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, fishing and gardening. I love to read and I try to read 100 new books each year. I have a couple long time penpals and I save postcards for my young son, anticipating how the world might change as he grows.

Frasier, Wings, Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock, All in the Family... I mostly like funny, short and older. We don't have television at home, so I rely on Hulu and Netflix.

I try to send as early as possible because shipping from Alaska takes forever. In 3 years, I've only ever had one Postcrossing postcard get lost, but I have had some that took over 45 days to reach their destination.
