I'm from Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. A very Northern City in Canada. Yes lots of snow, No I don't live in an igloo.
I'm a paper hoarder, stamp fanatic, art journaller and lover of all things paper craft related! I have two little boys that love to craft with me too! We love to go camping and have fun outdoors unless it's winter. I'm NOT a winter lover even though I live in very Northern Canada.
I keep a bullet Journal and an art journal and a gratitude journal! I love all things floral and pretty! I try to keep positive as I have some very negative circumstances I'm living through right now. I'm looking forward to swapping and receiving some happy mail!
I like current upbeat music of any genre except Country! I subscribe to Apple Music so I can keep a current favourites list and mix some of my favourite oldies. You'll find everything from Aerosmith to Lenny Kravitz to Pink on my list!
I love to read although I don't get as much time for it as I would like. I read a lot of non fiction self help type books for moods, business and happiness. I also like current fiction and have all of Oprahs list books.
I am currently reading The Nest and having a hard time getting through it. I read The Year of Yes last summer though and it was one of my favourite books ever!
Where do I start?!? I love all things paper, stamps and ink though. I know I could get into a lot of trouble if I ventured into other crafts so I keep it limited to that!
Art Journalling- I use all types of media and mediums. Acrylic paints, inks, dyes, stains, Tim Holz Distress products, Dina Wakelys products, watercolours.... anything that can make colour and a funky design on a page I'm all over.
Scrapbooking - I am a traditional scrapbooker, I don't do pocket scrapbooking. I like original pages, I don't follow templates or other people's designs other than for inspiration.
Bullet Journalling - I love stickers, washi tape and colourful pens! I'm not a fan of animal stickers, mostly girly flowers and plant based ones.
In particular things I like to receive are:
journalling tags
stickers - letter or flowers
enamel dots
labels
notecards
notebooks and journals
gel pens (I love InkJoy pens), markers
ink pads
scrapbooking supplies
smash book supplies
washi tape
chocolate (I'm not fond of white chocolat)
Colours: green, blue, pink
swap cards
rubber stamps
address labels
pineapples
owls
mason jars
book or library themed items
typewriter themed items
things that are striped, polka dot, arrows or chevron pattern
things with my name on them, Wanda, good luck, haha
new product samples
tea (especially white or green tea or ginger flavours)
items from other countries (especially food items we can't get in Canada)
handmade items - especially quilted or sewn as I can't sew!
new or used craft magazine
camping ,fishing, going the lake, great outdoors themed items
Little boy items, my boys are currently 5 and 10 years old so anything for school year, preschool, terrible two's (done that twice now!)
I'm a size XL and prefer muted colors
I'm not hard to please and will be happy with anything that is sent. I am Christian so nothing pagan or wiccan please.
