My name is Sharlene and I have a 1 and half year old daughter and just received my license for esthetics. I love to read poetry and spend countless hours analyzing the lyrics to my favorite songs. I like Children's movies like Alice in Wonderland, my all time favorite. And you can be sure to find a huge grin on my face whenever Charlie brown or the Grinch Who Stole Christmas comes on. My favorite Holiday is Halloween and then Christmas. I really like people who go out of their way celebrate the holiday with lots of fun and imagination, after all it only comes around once a year! I have a crazy obsession with handmade boutique style handbags I would choose em over a designer tote ANYDAY!!

I am starting to venture into the world of scrapbooking. I LOVE paper piecing especially when it involves adorable animals like bears, pigs, giraffes, monkeys, and frogs. Ever since my daughter was born I cant stop taking pictures! and what an awesome way to keep and cherish them forever..not to mention super cute too. I also love to embellish little tins and trinket boxes with lots of colorful ribbons, cute charms, and words or sayings. I also like to make bows for my toddler. For birthdays and special ocassions I think handmade items are a great way to show people you care. Im also into collecting fabric (2 words.. Heather Bailey) even tho I cant sew to save my life..if you send me something sewn chances are I will love you forever!

Im also starting to crochet if you have any patterns or needle hooks or yarn you aren't going to use PLEASE send them my way! lol oh yeah and Im on a great search for safety eyes (for making little animals)

Books on poetry and everything inspirational. I also like books with quotes on life. Oh yeah and cant forget the cookbooks! I love to flip through the pages and drool for hours over the amazing dishes but never actually getting around to making 'em.

I'm into all genres including hip hop r&b, and country. I love the sound of falling rain (altho I despise driving in it) and nature.
