I'm a stay at home/work at home mom with a two year old. I run a home based business-hand dyed yarns, fibers and custom sewing projects. When I'm not working, I've always got something in my hands- I knit to keep my sanity :) Idle hands drive me crazy :) I love spending time outdoors, hiking through the mountains. I love reading- my favorite type of book would be historical fiction- medeival, renaissance, early American/Native american. I have one cat- a siamese. Ummm...let's see, my favorite color is purple, I love anything mythical/magical, dragons, mermaids, faery folk, gnomes, etc. etc. Not a fan of chocolate, but I have a tremendous sweet tooth, and I floss every day...I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to swaps, as long as whatever is sent is in good condition and doesn't look like it was pulled off the bottom of my shoe. I am also verrrry hard to offend, being a big fan of the avant garde, carnies, sideshow freaks, pin-up girls- especially Bettie Page and Rita Hayworth, tattoos and anything for lack of a better word...alternative (even though tattoos really aren't quite that strange anymore). I'm a fan of uncensored self-expression and love, love, love seeing the world from another person's perspective. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
