My Postcard Blog
Just to let coordinators know, when they check me out for swaps...I took a break from swap-bot in August 2007, because my son was born 8 weeks early, and was in the NICU for a bit. He became my priority, which is why I have one rating of 1 in my profile. I hope you will take this into consideration and let me participate in your swaps. Thanks.

I'm married with one son in third grade and another son born March 2014. I am also a loss mama to a baby girl who decided to "skip Earth" and go straight to Heaven. :)
I love animals, stickers, pen pals, paper crafts, music. I also love nature and cultures.
I have a sweet grey tabby cat, named Jewel, a handsome white cat named Zeus, a Chocolate Lab named Cooper, an English Cream Golden Retriever named Riley and an "all-american" dog named April.
I play piano and I love to sing. I have many penpals and I love writing to them and reading their letters. I'm always looking for more! I also love swapping and making FB's. If you're interested in taking excess of these, let me know, because I always have more than I need around. I will also take excess.
I collect postcards from around the world. In addition to this site, I also participate in other postcard swapping sites, like postcrossing, and I also would like to have more postcard pals. You can message me if you're interested. I have a blog where all the postcards I receive are displayed.
Things I like!
Holiday Cards! Christmas, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, National Donut Day...whatever, I'd love a card for it!
Coffee...I have a Keurig, so k cups are tons of fun for me! I can also use regular ground coffee in my drip coffee maker. :)
Paper! All kinds! Scrapbook paper, stationery, envelopes, construction paper, ephemera...love it all! I have subway maps, ticket stubs, tourist brochures and all kinds of stuff from all over the world.
Rainbows. I don't have a favorite color, cause I love LOTS of color! I love extremely colorful things :)
Lisa Frank. Stickers, paper, odds and ends. I love the colorful look of them!
Julie Andrews and Audrey Hepburn
Alice in Wonderland...especially the Cheshire Cat! I also love it when the moon looks like the Cheshire Cat's grin!
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children
cookbooks - I love recipes for cookies, desserts, and meals
candy... I love all kinds. Chocolate probably isn't a good idea to send to me in the hot months.
candles - Anything but vanilla. I don't recommend sending anything wax in the summer months.
Bath treats, like shower gels and lotion. Again, I don't care for vanilla.
Hello Kitty, and other kawaii characters
souvenirs...things from your spot in the world! Something your area is "famous" for...even if it's just a picture of it. :)
Cloth Napkin - Nothing in my kitchen matches, so I don't want my napkins to match, either! I've been collecting random linens, and our family has been using them more than the disposable kind.
Box Tops for Education. I collect them for my son's school. They also collect can tabs, so if you have some to spare, send them this way!
Things for my cats. They love treats and toys
Things for my dogs. They are all good, sweet dogs and deserve a surprise every now and then!
Anything for my sons...they love super heroes, pirate stuff, Star Wars, Legos, Angry Birds, Mickey Mouse, Minecraft, Skylanders, Minions, trains, Sesame Street, Thomas the Train, Daniel Tiger, music, stickers, sports, animals, and anything with wheels. They also love to do random crafts, so we also hoard craft and art supplies.
-My loving husband loves the Indianapolis Colts (NFL). He's got a sweet tooth, like me, and also loves candy. He likes tea, and he'll usually be willing to try a new kind. He also loves anything with cinnamon.
If it's whimsical, interesting or unusual, I'm probably going to like to see it in my mailbox!
