I am Eeva, a 30-year-old living in the capital of Finland. When I am not working or studying, I love reading, taking ballet classes and writing letters.

I read almost any genre, horror making an exception. However, you can find me most often reading scifi, contemporary, memoirs and non-fiction.

I have many favourite books and I can name a favourite in almost any genre. The book that I've read the most times is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. My current favourite author is Becky Chambers, who writes wholesome feel-good scifi.

I mostly work with paper crafts, and I love participating in crafting swaps. I work on my bullet journal with washi tapes, fineliners and markers mostly, and I add collage style decorating to all of my penpal letters. I also paint with watercolours on occasion, and do other types of crafts.

I love using washi tapes in everything! Collages, letters, bullet journal. My preferred washis: Almost anything foiled, pastel colours, space themed, ocean themed, flowers etc. Also minimal and monochromatic. I don't use washis including text in my journals.

Some key words, but feel free to send something from outside the list as I am sure that this is not exhaustive: washi tape and stickers, memo pads, postcards, letter paper, envelopes, vellum paper, other transparent craft supplies, scrap booking paper, scrapbooking tools and other stationary goods :)

Postcards from local artists! Photographs, paintings, watercolor works, drawings. Animals, flowers, seaside, nature. My favourite animals are cats.

When it comes to swaps, I welcome anything that you think that I might like. My favourite themes include:

• Anything Sakura and cherry blossoms
• Flowers, botanical
• Nature
• Technical drawings
• Computer science, technology, engineering (but I already have plenty of inventors and scientists portrayed in post cards)
• Space, moon, sun, astrology (also space exploration, technical drawings of spaceships, etc)
• Seascapes, marine life, fish and sea creatures (especially whales!!)
• Unicorns, mermaids
• Cats cats Cats CATS
• Magical and mystical elements
• Cats, bunnies, horses
• Fruits, such as lemons, limes, cherries, strawberries etc
• Nintendo Game characters: Pokemon (Generation 1, Jigglypuff especially), Princess Peach, Animal Crossing (New Leaf, New Horizons)

Few dislikes:

• modern typography, quotes
• planner stickers
• Seasonal items (Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July) unless the swap especially calls for them

Please send only factory sealed tea in individual packages, and if possible, include the expiration date in your note.

I mostly drink black tea (with soy or oat milk), white tea, and rooibos. I also enjoy pure, good quality green tea.

Few dislikes:

• Herbal infusions
• Chamomile
• Liquorice root & anis
• Anything labeled "detox"

Brands I LOVE and always love getting in mail:

• David's Tea
• Fortnum and Mason
• Paper & Tea

Don't send me items containing religious or political messages or imagery.

Please, no food or drinks, unless the swap rules especially calls for them.

No makeup/perfumes/skin care etc, as I am pretty particular about what I put on my skin and have sensitivities so most likely they'll just go to waste.

Other than that, I am pretty easy to please and I am happy with anything that you might think that I'll like!

Some wishlist items, but don't feel pressured!!! I live in a country far away in northern Europe so these are a little harder to get:

• Letter paper sets
• Yellow washi tapes (patterns, single color, also characters etc)
• Washi tape sample cards
• Swan themed stationery and washi tape 🦢
• Ballet related ephemera (program zines/handbills, show tickets etc)
• Anything Peter Rabbit/Beatrix Potter (the original artwork, not the new animated movie)
