I'm 37 years old and live in a village in Warwickshire in the heart of England. I've been married to my husband for 8 years and we have a 7 year old little boy.
I own my own greeting cards shop (my dream job!!) and spend my spare time volunteering for a children's charity.
Our family love doing RAOK (random acts of kindness).
Our household communicates using spoken language, Makaton and Pecs due to my sons communication difficulties.
My likes are just a guide, I'm happy to receive anything you think I would like.
I love to cross-stitch. I stitch for a charity called Love Quilts UK who quilt cross stitched squares in to beautiful quilts for poorly children so I'm always on the look out for patterns that would appeal to children.
I enjoy knitting and I've recently learned to crochet. Yarn and patterns are always welcomed.
Recently I've enjoyed creating some pocket letters for newbie swaps and other paper crafts.
I love watching British dramas,soaps, sitcoms and reality TV.
EastEnders, Downton Abbey, Call the midwife, Miranda, Only fools and horses, Big Brother, One born every minute, The great British bake off, Who do you think you are?, Antiques roadshow, Master chef, Strictly come dancing,
I used to love to read but I struggle to find the time at the moment. Some of my favourite authors are..... The Bronte sisters, John Irving, Will Self, Richard Dawkins, Bill Bryson, Lesley Pearse,
Cross-Stitch patterns,books, magazines, kits, threads and fabric.
Fruit, vegetable or flower seeds. We have a veggie patch in our garden and enjoy growing our own food. We also love garden gnomes.
Wool, yarn, ribbon, twine, buttons and bows. Crochet and knitting patterns especially for blankets or baby items.
Cotton fabric in pretty, cute or quirky designs
Stationary including notecards, paper and envelopes, pens, pencils, stickers, washi tapes, sticky notes etc
Tea, coffee and hot chocolate
Sweets, candy, chocolate and savoury snacks.
Recipes, particularly family or regional ones, cook books
Scarfs, hat, tights and socks (size 4UK)
My favourite colour is green and autumn shades like oranges and browns.
My favourite scents and flavours are Vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves etc (just think of Christmas). I also like clean smelling scents like baby powder and clean cotton.

I love Christmas related items particularly gingerbread men.
My favourite season is Autumn (I like Winter too)
My favourite holidays are Halloween, Bonfire night and Christmas.

I love hedgehogs, squirrels and other woodland creatures.
Trees, leaves, acorns and pinecones.
My son has a rare chromosome disorder so anything that raises awareness of rare chromosome disorders or autism.
We are Humanists, while we enjoy learning about different cultures and religions, I don't wish to receive anything that is Evangelical or contains religious verse or scripture.
My son is 7 years old but has developmental delays.
Postman Pat, Ben and Holly's Little kingdom, Letters and numbers, Playdoh, YouTube, Maps.
He loves books especially interactive ones like pop-up books or touch and feel ones. Picture books with simple text are great as he's just learning to read.
He wears 6-7 clothes and likes wearing clothes that are soft and comfortable (particularly unisex or Scandinavian designs).
