As of February 14 and 17, there have been large snow storms in my city. Rolling blackouts have been sweeping through my university, and I'm currently living in the only building with regular electricity and running water. Apologies if any of my swaps arrive a few days late, as I don't know how often mail is being picked up!
Someone has sent me a beautiful postcard with the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree on it and I don't know who sent it! It's postmarked 27 JAN 2021 from P&DC NJ 1 073 and looks like it was signed by someone named "Bea" or "Bee." It has a pink global USA stamp. If you sent it, please let me know! :)
Hello! My name is Heidi and I am a 21-year-old college student living in the Lone Star state of Texas! 🤠 I am majoring in communications with a minor in consumer experience management, I really hope to work in the digital retailing or advertising industry once I graduate with my BA. 🛍
I love snail mail- sending letters and things in the mail really is something I wish more people my age thought was cool! Wax seals are something I really enjoy doing and receiving, they're so pretty. I play violin, piano, guitar, and ukulele. Someday I hope to learn how to play the harp!
I LOVE the color pink💖, hot air balloons 🎈, rainbows🌈, and strawberries🍓! If you send me anything with those on it I will love it!
I LOVE STICKERS!! Any kind! Glittery, partially used sheets, flake stickers, puffy stickers, ALL of them! And POSTAGE STAMPS!! My stamp collection could always use just one more stamp.
For postcards, I collect these themes (I prefer PCs being sent naked! Written on and no envelope, I think a blank postcard is a sad one)...
⛪️Chapels / churches / monasteries (photos, paintings, drawings, all types)
🌈Rainbows or rainbow colored things
🌸Flowers (any kind)
🎈Hot air balloons
For postage stamps, I collect these themes (used/mint, on/off paper, any country)

I love to do arts and crafts. My mom taught me how to make things from a young age and I still love handmade projects. I think it's very important to be able to do things with both your head and your hands.
I would say that I like papercrafting the most. I love to make handmade cards, notecards, and postcards. Recently I've gotten into upcycling envelopes from other papers. Decorating envelopes is also something that I really enjoy, so most of the envelopes I send have lots of detail on them! I can do some basic origami and I love scrapbooking as well. Wax seals are always welcome.
I have three little hamsters and a pet rabbit. My hamsters are:
-Muffin Man (long-haired male Syrian)
-Charmin (short-haired female Syrian)
-Miss Strawberry (dwarf mutt, probably a Campbell's dwarf)
I have had 9 hamsters since 2016, and I love them! They all have their own personalities and likes / dislikes, just like any other pet. Such sweet little buddies!
My bunny's name is Dumbledore or Dumby for short. He is 7 years old and such a spunky little guy, he loves parsley and being rubbed on the nose! He is a tortoiseshell Holland Lop.
I always send my swaps out either by the due date or right after partners are assigned! If you live in the US, please let me know if you haven't received my swap 2 weeks after the deadline. If you are international, feel free to send me a message if it's been a while and you haven't received anything. I know with the pandemic there's a lot going on with the postal service in everyone's countries! :)
Just a few special things I've been looking for!
Anything witchy (besides Harry Potter) / pagan / wiccan, as I am a Christian and just not into those things. I am okay with confetti as long as it isn't teeny tiny, but please do not send me loose glitter as my pet rabbit and hamsters could get into it.
Other than that, I'm not picky at all! Send me whatever makes you smile, it'll probably make me smile, too!
