I live in French Guiana, South America. I arrived here 16 years ago. Before, I used to live in Normandy,France. I'm a secondary school teacher. I've got 3 children aged 12,9 and 6. The eldest ones are boys and the youngest is a girl. We've got 2 cats hunting lezards in the garden. I live in a small town, by the seaside. I like travelling. Each summer, we go back to France to visit family. We also try to go to Brazil once a year. I practice yoga and I try to run twice a week in the nearby forest. I like foreign languages (I studied English & Spanish, but forgot half of it since i don't practice).

I must recognize that coming back from work, I'm looking forward to being in a silent environment (which is impossible with my own 3 kids !) A few things I like : Craig Armstrong, Massive Attack, U2, Mika, Coldplay...

Here again, I've got less time to read at the present time, but I used to read a lot when less busy ! I like : Stefan Sweig, William Boyd, Le Carré, Saint-Exupéry (the little prince is probably one of my favorite books), Ken Follet and many others...

I've got to think about it ! Can't remember titles right now.

I like "Will & Grace,The mentalist, NCIS, the Big Bang Theory, Sherlock Holmes (the BBC series)". I don't watch TV a lot.

I love fabrics. Can't help touching them while in the shop. My sewing machine is one of my best friends. I try to recycle and make most of my clothes. I don't buy skirts anymore for example. I wish I could make everything I need, but I'm not skilled enough now. It will come !

Swap-bot is GREAT ! It was a brilliant idea to create it !

I don't like very much plastic stuff, fabrics with hello kitty, Disney... I don't like receiving jewels because I prefer to choose them (very selective !) Same thing with perfumes!

I like cotton fabric, linen & silk as well.I like ribbons,beads... I like colours, and mixtures of colours and prints. At the moment, I am very fond of red and blue, and I love emerald green. I like handmade things to decorate my home which is very colourful.(jazzy colours just as the tropical flowers here). I don't crochet but I want to learn. I like chocolate,no allergies to anything with sugar in it ! (unfortunately !)
