I usually rate as soon as I receive the swap. If I haven't rated it's because I have not gotten it yet. I pick mail up 1-2 times a week. I also do NOT flake. So if you do not receive something from me please contact (I give the same courtesy to other swappers so please also give it to me.) me to prior to leaving me a 1 or a 3.
