About Me

My name is Marci, but my family calls me Mouse (it's a long story.) I am married to Raul and we have three beautiful children: Heidi is eight, Julie is two, and Travis is one. I enjoy being crafty, I help out in my oldest daughter's GS troop, I love to run, and my favorite color is purple, and am drawn to bright colors.

Favorite Music

I mostly listen to oldies (50's,60's and 70's) and Country music, that way I don't need to worry about my children picking up new words and phrases that I may not want them repeating :)

When I am alone I listen to pretty much anything.

Favorite Movies

I like chic flicks. I love a good romantic comedy, I still hope it will teach my husband to be romantic, but alas, he hasn't hired writers or directors yet. I like some just plain dumb comedies for the relaxation of not having to think while watching them. I like some action and suspense films, but really do not appreciate horror films like I did when I was a teen.

Favorite Crafts

I like to make just about anything. I love making sock monkeys, aprons, dresses for my girls, using my embroidery machine. I like to knit, but am not that great at it.

Having to pay postage on a package when it arrives. I am not a big Hello Kitty fan. Unusable extras in my packages. Please if you are going to bother sending extras make it something me or my girls will use :)

Comment: i'm sorrry marci nothing yet :/ also this is the 3rd package to get lost they really are stealing at offices because this never happened before and this is the 3rd time in a few months sooo sad :(( but thanx for the efford don't worry about resending if u want we can do aprivate swap and maybe you can put a code on the envie so it looks like it's regestrated i do this when i send off to italy too and it helps hugs evitake

Comment: The boy got his package from you after school Friday. It was a nice surprise after a long day of work. :) Thanks so much for everything. He even shared his Skittles. Haha.
Response: Wow, he sure is a great kid to share the candy! I originally bought chocolate to send, but it's still in the 100's here, so I figured it would melt and not be as much fun!

Comment: holy cow!! you outdid yourself!! this was so much fun to go through. i love the fabric and you sent a lot of it, thank you so much. all the little goodies in pouches. the shell necklace, perfect, i'm a circle girl. the dragonfly is really pretty too. my daughter wanted it but i said NO! all the beads, they'll be fun to work with and the chain too. you did an awesome job! thank you so much. i just came home from a root canal and found this waiting for me. needless to say, you brightened my day!! :) OMG!!! yes, she was thrilled. i'm sorry, she opened it and took and ran. she was so excited. thank you so much for including her. you really deserve extra stars!!! :)
