Hello! :)

I'm Ezgi from Turkey.I'm 20 and I'm a med school student.I'd like to become a psychiatrist after I graduate.

I learnt about swap-bot through postcrossing and thought it would be fun :) I've been a postcrosser for more than 2 years now and I really love it! :) I've got approximately 600 postcards in my collection,but I always enjoy getting more and learning about people in different places of the world.

I've been learning Spanish by myself for a few years.It's fun,but also quite difficult.Although I dont know a lot I like to learn about Latin America as well and travelling there some day is one of my biggest dreams!

*If you are sending me a postcard (even in an envelope) please write as much as you can on it :) I'm sure I'll enjoy reading.I also love stamps and stickers on postcards,but that's not a must of course ;) I don't really like blank postcards...

*I like hello kitty (and cathy!), kawaii, smurfs, south park and the simpsons,smiling food (:P),winnie the pooh (especially piglet) but not mickey mouse or other disney characters.So I'd be happy if you don't send me anything with them ;)

*I would be happy with new or old books,however I can't stand timeworn ones.I mean those that have gotten yellowish and lost some pages etc.Second hand books are always welcome as long as they are in a good condition :)

*Like I said I'm interested in Latin America,so anything nice from/about there would be great! :)

*Anything that could help me about studying Spanish would be great as well.Even a note written in Spanish if you speak it :)

My favourite type of music is symphonic metal,but I usually listen to other genres as well.Some that I like listening are Tarja Turunen,Nightwish,Within Temptation,After Forever,Epica,Kamelot,Shakira,El Canto del Loco,Juanes,Red Hot Chili Peppers...

I always try to rate fairly and I don't mind giving people a heart for a nice postcard or a well prepared e-mail swap or writing a simple thank you to express my gratitude while rating.I sometimes see people may not have the same approach as me and it makes me a bit sad especially in swaps where the aim is not receiving something material but trying to make another swapper a bit happy.I just think at least taking time to thank eachother is not a very difficult thing to do,however,I know people may have different ideas and I of course respect everyone's opinion.

I sometimes need to send my swaps out a few days late,but I always let my partners know about it.So far all my partners have been understanding about this,once again thanks to all of them! :) I'd like you to know that I don't mind if you have to send a few days late for some reason as long as you send me a message about it either and I'll never rate you 1 because it's been 15 days since the deadline (coz stuff at times doesn't arrive here that fast). If your swap is too late or possibly lost I expect you to contact me first,but again I'll never rate you 1 due to postal service faults as long as you communicate with me.

I've written this section to express my opinion about rating issues,so I hope nobody gets me wrong.It sure doesn't mean I rate everyone 5&heart or expect you to do so.I just try to be as fair as possible and do my best about making swapping fun for myself and my partners :)
