I live in Barstow, CA,
I spent 23 yrs in Montana. We have one child, Dennise who joined the Angels in Heaven in1996.Dennise was the love of our lives.

It is now just my Husband of 41 yrs, and our 6, 4 legged children

Shadow Jean, 8 yrs. old, died on June 25, 2012 She is missed by all of us.

These 6 keep us so busy. It is like having 6 small children in the house.

I enjoy Bible Studies with my friends.

I volunteer for Relay for Life American Cancer Society. I am currently the Survivor Chairperson. I am a survivor as is my husband. This organization is very dear to me, as it helps fund research to try and find a cure for so many cancers. I also was the Chairperson for Bark for Life, educating people on the facts that our pets, not just dogs, get cancer like their human parents.

I am very patriotic,I will walk up and shake the hand of a soldier and Thank them for their service to this beautiful country. I am married to a Vietnam Veteran and I feel that no matter what Theater you served in, all veterans deserve our undying gratitude.

And if I could, I would go back to the peaceful times of the 60's, where PEACE was never taken for granted. Turbulent times, the 60's were, the attire the girls wear, same for the men, similiar to what the kids wear today.. Kids nowdays would call us Hippies and that is exactly right. I still love to hear Janis Joplin belt out A Little Piece of my Heart.

The day my husband retired, so did I. We both lead a very laid back life.
