I was just enjoying reading your profile, until I got to the part about "decaterpillaring" and could not contain myself, because you just made my day. I think this is now my favorite word. I, too, think flowers are a waste of space and prefer to grow edible things in my tiny, tiny garden. However, I also love insects of all kinds, and decaterpillaring a garden sounds like a most fun thing to do. So watch out, if I'm ever in Latvia, I will take all of your caterpillars! ;)

for granting a cpg wish for me with the wonderful assortment of handmade ornaments for my tree! The package arrived today and we don't take down our tree until the "12 days of Christmas" are over, so we still have another week to enjoy them before we pack away the Christmas decorations until next year. They are lovely and it is exciting to have ornaments all the way from Latvia to add to our little collection we are building up :)
Kati, thank you so very much for the puppets. They are so adorable! I often admired your work on your flickr!! My niece Laura is going to LOVE them!! She'll be 9 months on Jan 1st - isn't this age adorable? She just learned to stand, so the christmas tree is in grave danger :)
