Firstly - The only thing that I take all that seriously, is, the Ideals of Heaven, and, the Foundational Principles of these once Sovereign States. -- Everything else is pretty much fun and games.

I'm a definite night-owl.. I've not yet out-grown yakking all night in coffee shops, about philosophy, exchange of view-points, ideals, socio-political ideas, every-day chit-chat, and, whatever people at the table are into.

Then -

Currently, my new passion is un-written-on postcards. Like most anything except blood & gore or nudity.

I also like most anything I can use for entertaining, and, pen-pal/desk/office related,

ikebana, samples, renoir, fb's, champagne, slams, blank postcards, boating, kitchen, blank notecards, burned cd/dvds, audio books, ancient comic strips, sparkly, un-conventional-eccentric items like those birds that dip their beaks in water, prisms, ancient to pre- '90's comic books, magazines, glass, perfume, long hair accessories, stickers, surfing, shakespeare, nanotech, histories, scuba diving, Lady Jayne Ltd, Leanin' Tree, surprises, and, more - and Especially any stuff from overseas, that I can't get here in California or Oregon.

Love items with a travel, or, pink poodle theme....

Also, feminine, scottie, swans, chickies, shamrocks, sophisticated, maps, elk, grapes - vineyard look, gingerbreadman, ballet, dance, whimsical, pitchers, paddington bear, lovely white, seahorse, tuscan, doxies, pretty stars, tulips, postal, berries, cupcakes, marie-cat, harps, pepe la pew, madelaine, deery-lou, music/musical scales,bunnies, beatnik, umbrellas/parasols, atomic, galaxy, abstract, or, ultra-modern theme.

Unique, and, off-the-beaten-track finds, always.
I love creativity, individuality, and, "artsy".

During summer, I usually go on a Hawaiian kick.

Please don't limit what you might send me according to my "likes",
because, my Likes & Dislikes are only an aperçu - I really love a lot, and, really love surprises, and, I love to try new things, and would love to receive something you would send, or, make, even if it has nothing to do with my "likes".

That is one of the reasons I am here - to experience new things, and, the unique, and creativity, of swaps you conceive . (Plus the fact, I love swapping)

I am Very easy to please, and frankly, besides gore and dark stuff stuff, If you like it, I probably will, too.

Oh, I'm not too crazy about Mary Engelbreit, rose decor, nor fringe.

Also not crazy about a picture, with a word telling what the picture is - ie: a picture of an apple on a towel, and, the word " apple " on it... Like, I can't figure out it's an apple?

My favorite colors would probably be categorized as: Seasonal.

I also want to say, that, I am not here to bust your bank account - I'm here just to have fun.

I'd also also want to say - I'm not a cop, or such, that is here to bust you for some contrived infraction of a momentary whim of society.... so, if you happen to mindlessly slip ... say a ..... purple pen ... into a swap, and, the prevailing laws say that's an offence, I'm not the one to turn you in. (This is my response to the No Burning CD's, etc)

Grand Prix, Bonjour Tristesse, The Unknown -1927, American in Paris, Just Visting, South Pacific, Of Human Hearts, Toward the Unknown, The Men Who Stare at Goats, Sgt. York, King of Kings, Robinson Crusoe on Mars, Ride the Wild Surf, The Sun Also Rises, Oh - so many - I am lately even discovering the Silent Film genre, which I find fascinating.

hawaiian, at the moment.. or french. .. the blast, röyksopp.. a good sax .. tchaikovsky, diamond in the rough.. christmas carols, ravel, instrumentals, harps, gary moore, background loungey, off-the-beaten-track singers .. but, as i said above, i am open to pretty much everything.. i'd love to hear what you like.

I've read zillions of books in my life, so it's really difficult to pare this down to a few, but, on cursory reflection, I'd say my more fave authors are Homer, Hemmingway, Heinlein, Roy Masters, John Milton.
