I am a stay at home mom with 2 children. My oldest is 8 and my youngest is 4. I am a big fan of camping. We camp in a pop-up camper. I love animals, but I am not a cat person. When looking for webkinz and littlest pet shop animals for my daughter, I always like to look for the unique. I am afraid of spiders and don't particularly care for snakes either. I like to garden, although I don't have much time for it right now with my 2 children. I spend some of my free time researching my family history and love antique and old things. I collect old buttons, miniatures for my shadow box, and pre-1930s postcards. I love to take pictures, especially of my family.

I love to listen country music, but like all types with the exception of rap.

My absolute favorite movie of all times is Gone With the Wind. I am a big fan of old black and white movies.

I do a lot of cross stitching. I love to stitch samplers and 'old' looking designs. I only stitch on linen or evenweave, I don't like to work on aida cloth. But I am also into making jewelry and papercrafts - especially scrapbooking.

I love being out in nature, so my favorite colors are those you can find outdoors. Shades of green and lavendar I like the best. The only colors I don't care for are grays, whites, and shades of black.
