hi there! my name is Amy and i live in southern california and have a vacation home in deadwood, south dakota. ( like the show on HBO - think wild bill and calamity jane!) - i am happily married and have a 14 year old daughter we call "cranberrie" - she is truly my best friend in the world : ) finally got my dream car convertible and love it! - i love hello kitty, barbie and origami - i love lots of things - vintage bride and groom cake toppers, sock monkeys, old houses, anything pink and sparklie, my miniature greyhound dog Sophia - vintage photos of dogs, recipies, mary engelbreit home companion magazine, audrey hepburn in breakfast at tiffany's and love disneyland - the park itself is what i like to collect things on - i am a hard core democrat and love politics - i adore quilting and love to sew - i have over 200 sock monkeys and enjoy finding new patterns. seems i am always on a diet, but a cupcake seems to sneak in there pretty often! * === please no fish recipes ===

rufus wainwright, robbie williams, sarah mglauclin, pink, the soundtracks to Wicked and Sweeney Todd, david cook, loretta lynn, johnny cash, toby keith, kenny chesney, kelly clarkson, the moldy peaches, foo fighters, rem ---- just to name a few! and i confess....i am an 80's girl : ) but now that i am older....i find myself loving country music. my daughter is 14 though, and keeps me up on the good new stuff. i love vh1 !!

fight club, nightmare before christmas, supersize me, any and all michael moore movies, breakfast at tiffanys, quest for fire, war of the gargantuas ( i just can't seem to outgrow it! ) american beauty, poison ivy, all the disney movies = awwww!, casino, goodfellas, and way too many more to mention - i especially like documentaries!

i am a tv junkie - LOVE it! == arrested development was truly the best show ever on tv, the office, the new adventures of old kristine, tmz, all of court tv/true tv, anderson cooper, to catch a predator ( ya sick perverts! ) how i met your mother, two and a half men, suze orman, joel osteen, nancy grace, oprah, the king of queens, the view, intervention, and all those great crappy shows on vh1 : )

sewing, cupcake stuff, and i am just now getting into ATCs ....and i have so much fun making postcards! my inner dork has emerged and i love it!
