I'm Mary, and I have a very silly sense of humor and generally the sillier something is the more I laugh at it. I am an avid BookMooch member, LibraryThinger and postcrosser; I love vocal jazz, reading, and have a houseful of animals, that hold my heart...I hate housework, but I always feel much better after I buy cleaning products. ;-) I am very conscientious about sending, so if you did not receive your swap from me, please contact me.

Favorite Movies

I have a guilty pleasure of indulging in horror movies, the scarier the better.

Favorite Music

Rebecca Parris, a local jazz artist is one of my favorite singers, as is Andy Bey. Love 60's soul, such as Smokie Robinson. I have an opera CD collection, a vocal jazz collection and a classical music collection.

Favorite Crafts

I love humpty dumpty things,and all kinds of postcards! However,I am craftily challenged. Other than pimping postcards, I don't have any favorite crafts. Just a thought to share with hosts of postcard swaps, if you let participants send their cards in envelopes, it would be much easier to send multiple cards. With the price of postage continuing to rise, sending a few cards to each user internationally adds up quite quickly. Wish some of you would rethink your strict rule of NO envelopes, it makes it hard to share cards with people.

Smile..

I have a room with an entire wall devoted to framed animal cards, it looks silly but I love it. I have dogs in dresses, dogs with hats, normal dogs, cute dogs, ugly dogs, dogs on motorcycles etc. Everytime I walk in that room I smile. I love things that make me laugh! And a big thank you to all the members who are adding to my wall!
