I am SO sorry I haven't been on here in 2-3 months! I've been having a LOT of health problems - still am! And can't focus on swapping right now. I'm sorry. I'll come back when I can.

Arggh! I got a 1! It's NOT because I didn't send. It's because the recipient didn't receive and didn't give me a chance to resend before she rated me. The resend went in the mail today. Hopefully, she'll get it soon.

I'm a wife of 28 years, married to a wonderful semi-retired upholsterer. A native Texan, I was dragged kicking and screaming to northern Indiana as a child where I was kept prisoner until I escaped to East TN (near Knoxville) in 1983. Thank the Lord for the South!

Have one grown son who is married, but no grandchildren. I've fostered 16 children. Was a pastor for 10 years. Now I work at home writing for online clients and playing with paper and yarn.

I'm very conservative, but I LOVE to laugh and have fun! Like to play games like Yahtzee, White Elephant Bingo (my FAVORITE), Rummikub, Canasta, BuzzWord and more. My tastes are fairly traditional but eclectic. I love, love, love almost anything vintage or retro!

I'm a Cricut addict and LOVE paper and paper crafts. I also like to crochet and read, but card making, scrapbooking and "Cricutting" are my faves! I have a TON of paper, a gazillion stickers, a barrel full of ribbon. Just getting into stamping so I don't have as much to go with that but Santa brought me some great ink pads last year in beautiful colors and several new stamps that I have begun to play with.

I'm always open to swapping paper, ribbon, Cricut cuts or stickers!

I'm a recent fan of ATCs, too since joining Swap-Bot. I LOVE making them and swapping them! I'm not as "artistic" as some, but I enjoy them and I do try to make them look good. If you're interested in trading, let me know.

I am an avid reader. I think I would wither away if I couldn't read anymore. I like a variety of books, especially old books, old cookbooks, Christian suspense and old-time whodunits.

Agatha Christie is my all-time favorite author, but I love and have read all of Dee Henderson's books, as well as Terri Blackstock and similar authors. Also like to read Nancy Drew and Mrs. Pollifax books as well as some by Mary Higgins Clark.

DON'T like anything with sex, gore, supernatural or Halloween themes.

Almost anything black & white though I'm not too keen on war stories. LOVE old mysteries, musicals, comedies. I love the old actors like Cary Grant, David Niven, Ginger Rogers and the list could go on. Some of my favorites are Fiddler on the Roof, Newsies, any of the Thin Man movies, comedy westerns like Texas Across the River or the Sheepman. I also love any with Tim Conway and Don Knotts, as well as Sabrina (old and newer versions),

About the only "modern" shows I watch are cop shows - NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Blue Bloods (my favorite), The Mentalist, Unforgettable, Hawaii Five-O. Like everything else, I like retro TV but not the ones I've seen a trillion times. Lately I've been on a Starsky & Hutch kick, but also watch Wagon Train a lot. And I LOVE Hee Haw! (Yeah, it's corny, but it's so much fun!) My tastes vary. I really don't really watch much TV anymore. Especially since I got my Cricut!

My music tastes vary like everything else, but my favorite style is '70s. Brandy is the best song EVER... also love Bob Seger, Al Green, Joan Baez, Crosby Stills & Nash and many, many more. I'm picky about the lyrics and won't listen to anything trashy but I love that sound even in the Christian music I listen too. I like ballads with good words and an uplifting message.
