Hi! I'm a cat-mom living in Louisiana who loves reading, running, gardening, knitting/embroidery, creative writing, history, maritime travel (ships and old maps), hiking/camping, Africa (culture and geography), tea, hockey, and scary movies.

I collect used vintage postcards from the early 1900s-1940s, and enjoy researching the addresses and learning about the correspondents.

If I've sent you something and it doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, send me a message so I can send a replacement!

I enjoy knitting, especially small projects like cozies and socks. I once knitted a shrug that I couldn't fit over my head.

BIG fan of the thriller/mystery genre. I will devour those books in a day or two. I also enjoy YA, nonfiction, history, and the Classics (Austen, Bronte, Dickens, etc).

Right now, I'm really into food packaging postcards. It's interesting to see how marketing differs in other countries and regions. I also enjoy upcycling, so please do not hesitate to make cards or swaps out of whatever you have!

Handmade cards are wonderful! It doesn't matter your artistic skill. If you feel like sending something creative, go for it!
