i have been a member of swapbot since February of 2008 and I have met so many awsome people. I just love it here and I love all of you guys. So many of us have different lifestyles, different political beleifs, differences in general but I have found that we all have more in common-the ability to reach out in love to others. To me-it speaks so highly of my friends here that they are willing to share their very lives and the product of their own heart with others. There will always be a few people who try to take advantage of others, but please, take time to see that there are so many more wonderful, lovely people here on swapbot. Reach out in friendship and a friend is sure to reach back.

I am a 44 year old southern belle from Mississippi. I have been married for 26 years and have two grown sons, ages 22 and 20. I am a born again Christian and I am founder of two groups on swapbot-Prayers Lifted and Praying Christians. Both groups enjoy encouragement and emotional support so feel free to come to the home page and check them out.

I have a new obsession and it is painting. I have been taking lots of Bob Ross painting classes and am having a great time painting landscapes in oils. I also enjoy painting in acrylics and watercolor.

I also enjoy painting postcards. They are very inexpensive to mail and it is a great way to share my art. I enjoy painting landscape atcs. I recently came up with a great idea to save money while trading on swapbot. Make an atc on the back of your postcard, and have the person cut it out when they receive it. This won't work on the embellished ones, but I think it will do great on a lot of them.

I have always loved doing collages and used to do a lot of scrapbooking.

I love almost all colors, and I just love artsy, glittery, sequined things. I love:

flowers

birds

butterflies and dragonflies

frogs, frogs, frogs,

wildlife

jungle animals

I love almost anything, unless it is dark or morbid. As a bible thumping Christian, I can't have demonic things in my home, or anything that uplifts any religion except Christianity.

I love anything depicting Jesus Christ as a great, triumphant, courageous King. He is depicted in the bible as a great Lion, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. No offense, but i don't want a picture of Him hanging on a cross, because He is off the cross now, seated in heaven next to His Father.

I love the bible, although I don't read it nearly as much as I should. I like to read books on household tips, saving money, how to cook cheaply, quickly and healthily.

I loved the book "Brave New World". I had to read it in college for a class and loved it. I also like the Jane Goodall books about her research of the chimpanzess. I love other books also, and will add more as I think of them.

Ok, I have a few weaknesses as of lately. I love "The King of Queens" ; "Everybody Loves Raymond"; "Scrubs"; "Prison Break"; "Earl" and "CSI-Miami".

My favorite movie of all time is "Gone With The Wind". I loved the movie "Grease" also. I am a great fan of "Schindler's List"; "Saving Private Ryan"; I also loved the movie "Hope Floats" I loved the movie "The Notebook". And, what lady doesn't love the movie, "Titanic", especially one with a big mix us Irish and English blood. I like lots more but can't think of them right now.

I am tired of dancing around this issue on swapbot so I thought I would come right out and say it. I am a conservative republican but not because I am in love with the republicans. It is because I hate the thought of sweet little babies dying in their mother's woumbs. This does not mean that I hold grudges against women who have had abortions and i don't think I am better than anyone. I just have to live my life with a clear conscience and be able to sleep every night. So please, don't hate me. I can still share the love.
