About Me

A 20-something girl/woman diagnosed with Aspergers and ADD. I'm trying to function the best I can.

Edit Sept, 2013; Started at university for a BA degree, with a major in English Language and Literature.

I'm also engaged to a sweet and lovely man who happens to be a medical doctor.

Some of my interests include penpalling, swapping, postcards, gardening, cooking, baking, knitting, photography, reading, drinking tea/coffee and scrapbooking/cardmaking.

Sizes etc. My hair reaches the middle of my back, so I've got "a bit" length on it. Sock size; 40 (European size)

Various stuff I like

Animals

Teddy bears

Cemeteries

Sci fi and fantasy

Pin-ups/burlesque/rockabilly

Tigers and wolves

Camden Market/London/UK/Scotland

Fair trade and organic

Fave TV; Alcatraz, Grimm, NCIS, Bones

Books; I basically read anything and I'm always open to suggestions about new books and authors.

Postcard Wishlist

As I really love swapping and collecting postcards, I just wanted to give you some clues on what kind of postcards I like (this is just some of them)

A Small Wish-List

Here's a little wish-list. I hope I don't seem too demanding. ;-) Use it more as inspiration.

Autism and/or ADHD/ADD awareness related stuff

Tea and coffee (both my fiancé and I drink loads of it and we're always open to new flavours, personally, I'm interested in trying out tea with maple or marzipan)

In a swap, I once recieved some Eggnogg'n An "Eggceptional" Winter Tea from Bigelow. I really loved it, but I have no idea if it's even possible to find it in Norway, so if you send some, even if it's just a tea bag or two, I would really appreciate it.

Food or drink recipes (I would be really happy if it was local to your region/country, as my fiancé and I try to cook our way around the world)

Postcards

A note about a book you love (and why)

Usable souvenir related stuff (like a shot glass, potholders etc)

Anything usable for our flat

Hair accessories (I'm always on the look out for those big roses/flowers you can pin onto your hair)

Socks (EU size 40, if that is to any help)

Sticker sheets

Sticker album (New and unused, please)

Cookie cutters

Cupcake liners

Vintage photos/polaroid

Ghost story books with local ghost stories from your city, state, or country (or fact sheets, that's okay too :-P)

Soviet era propaganda

Gift tags

Christmas ornaments

Candy canes (either peppermint flavoured or other)

Cosmetics/body care samples (but please don't anything for a bath tub, as we don't have it)

Face masks

Baking/cooking related stuff

Spices and herbs

Zines

Hot drink mixes

Nail polish

Address labels

Things related to wolfs, owls and/or hedgehogs

Seeds for the garden

Anything woodland

Vegan/vegetarian things/recipes

Indie/alternative music

Candles, incense, wax tarts

Body care products (nothing for a bath tub please, as we don't have one)

Just as a general note; I really appreciate handmade items (perhaps slightly because I'm a crafter myself).

I know you received my swap (which I was hosting by the way), because I sent it via insured mail + tracking. Since you've read my messages and aren't replying I'm trying it this way. Please take the time and rate your partner (aka me) for the Tea+Recipes swap.
