I'm a single mom with a very demanding full time job. I'm an infamous starter of projects but challenged in the finishing category. I love retro designs (especially www.annetaintor.com) and all things handmade. I like to be crafty when I have time and am an avid reader (although lately only of picture books). I also like cooking but the desire to do it seems to come and go in waves.

I love music of all varieties but especially rock, pop, and R&B. My all time favorites are the Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, almost anything 80's, Seether and Staind.

I love 80's movies and all movies over-filled with teen angst. Some of my favorite movies include: The Breakfast Club, Pump Up the Volume, The Jerk, Donnie Darko, The Wizard of Oz, Office Space, Natural Born Killers, The Princess Bride, What Dreams May Come, Clue, Edward Scissor Hands, Rebel Without a Cause, The Neverending Story, The Secret of NIMH and Heathers. I could go on and on...

My current favorites are Law & Order CI and SVU, Heroes, NCIS, Dollhouse, Criminal Minds, Bones, and Fringe.

I like all things crafty!! I have tried crochet, ATC's, collage, and I want to try altered books. I really just like trying a little of everything.
