My profile is in desperate need of an update! I hope to spruce it up soon. For now, let me just say that I'm still doing home reno's (Yes, still!) and also to please ignore my Etsy wishlist. It is filled with outrageous items I'm using as design inspiration & gift ideas. I wish you could have a gift list & a wishlist. Maybe they'll set that up someday! :)

I am a pen and paper kind of girl, much to the dismay of my computer-y hubby. I am sleep deprived and well caffeinated. I wear a lot of black. I speak french. I recycle. I love to read. I make a mean cup of coffee and the best chocolate chip cookies you've ever tasted, if I do say so myself. I will share the recipe. I overuse smiley faces. I hate ironing, but I enjoy pressing fabric. I love history and cupcakes. I am terrible at describing myself.

I rarely watch TV, but try to catch Big Love, The Office and Big Bang Theory. Usually, I end up watching My Little Pony or Dinosaur Train! ;)

I adore food writing. Jeffrey Steingarten is my favorite. I "stole" his chocolate chip cookie recipe. I blame Steve Almond's "Candyfreak" for my addiction to Peanut Chews.
