I am a happily married crafty Canadian stay at home mom to a very sweet one year old baby girl who rarely sleeps!

I am a pen and paper kind of girl, much to the dismay of my computer-y hubby. I am sleep deprived and well caffeinated. I wear a lot of black. I read. I make a mean cup of coffee and the best chocolate chip cookies you've ever tasted. I will share the recipe. I overuse smiley faces. I hate ironing, but I enjoy pressing fabric. I love history. I like unusual, fun and funky things (and people). I appreciate "Made with Love".

I don't like: incense, candles, perfume (fruit & food scents are ok, just no florals please... allergies!)

My little girl..

  • is a VERY busy one year old!
  • has a pet fabric fortune cookie that she has named Jack. Hilarious!
  • loves to read, make crafts, paint, play with shaped buttons and puzzles (24+ pieces)
  • For clothes, she'd be sz. 2T

Favorite Crafts

Sewing, Baking, Cake decorating, Quilting, Paper crafts, New knitter...hoping to learn crochet. Beginner scrapbooker (help!) I am currently rediscovering the quiet joy of embroidery and enjoying sewing play food for my daughter.
