I am a Middle School Geography/History teacher. I love information about how kids learn & play in other countries. What other cultures are like.

The nick name is KatieRay because I stepped on a stingray at my friend's beach house. It was the most painful thing ever, even worse than child birth!

Favorite Music

I like all kinds of music. Green Day, Linkin Park, Rod Stewart, Yusef (Cat Stevens), Matesyahu, Melissa Etheridge, etc..

Favorite Books

I like to read young adult books, but even better, to listen to books on CD. Some I have read recently; Twilight series, One Fifth, A million pieces of me, Peak. I am reading Everything Nice and Fires in the Middle School Bathroom.

Favorite Television

I love to watch TV, it is like therapy. I like CSI, Criminal Minds, Burn Notice, Law & Order, In Plain Sight

Favorite Movies

I like The DaVinci Code, National Tresure, Transformers. I like Nicholas Cage, Vin Diesel, Angelina Jolie, etc...
