Finishing up swaps & gonna take a bitty break to work on a project w/ my daughter. Than need to figure a way to cut down so I don't get so overwhelmed.

I do have a 3 rating that is disappointing. The ORIGINAL swap is somewhere in the black hole of a postal system somewhere. But re-sent after some emotional & communication issues & is as resolved as it will ever be.

I ALWAYS send my swaps & would never flake, so if you have not received your swap from me, PLEASE contact me before rating poorly. On that note, I do live in Germany & mail from a military post office, so it can take some time for my swaps to get to you. If I will be late sending, I will message you.

I try to post pics of my swaps on my flickr account. but try to wait a reasonable amount of time to post to avoid ruining surprises (when I can remember...)

I am a SAHM & army wife. I have 3 kids - 2 teenage boys (one who is fixing to graduate from High School) & a 10 yr old girl scout. I have moved 19 times in my life & am currently living in Bavaria, Germany, but have a US mailing address. I enjoy all types of arts & crafts. I am easily amused & truly appreciate all efforts. I pack bento lunches for my kids & sometimes myself, but am not Asian & have never been anywhere in Asia, though I would love to visit - just love Bento. Love anything quirky & off-beat, as that describes my family & I to a tee.

I love all crafts & may be out of practice with some, but will do my best for anything. I draw, paint, embroider, sculpt, sew, do origami, crochet (badly,) build, & just all manner of crafty fun.

I like most types of music, as long as it has a melody & understandable lyrics. T.V. - comedies, crime dramas & sci-fi. Add action & chick flicks to that list & you have what I like in movies. Books - Young Adult, Comedies (see a theme? Love to laugh.) & Sci-Fi.

I did find out that international swaps - make sure they fit in an envelope of some kind & try not to wait until last minute to mail so that it can be fixed as needed. Boxes are EX-PEN-SIVE!!! Yikes. Even small, light weight ones.

Retro, Earth friendly, Bright & shiny, Indie, thrifted stuff, fabric, buttons, handkerchiefs, scraps, bottle caps, EVERYTHING! Love to be surprised. I think half the fun is not knowing what you'll get! My favorite colors: jewel tones, earth tones. rainbows, all colors are awesome.
