Well I have landed but in a totally different city--KC. I've had one major interview and will know next week if I land the job. It is a new start in a very positive direction. I live with my cousins in a lovely duplex and have a wonderful room. I won't be getting a place of my own until several months down the line. It is so wonderful to be able to drive up to the mall and walk. I can drive to McDonalds' and get a double cheeseburger for $1.00 plus tax. I have yet to hit any thrift stores due to the amount of room I have. What goodies did I bring?? Just my ATCS (all of them) & my own supplies.My allergies are so less dramatic. I am still getting reaquainted with the traffic.

I enjoy learning new things, writing and anything old. I am currently working on photo documentation of 64 year old pictures of D-Day for a possible PBS or History Channel show. If not, this at least will merit names with faces on important historical photographs at the D-Day museum here and abroad. This is not a paid for position but it is exciting.

I am also a member of ZNE. I am a "grannie" of one beautiful 2 year old boy named Blake and enjoy learning about what other kids like to do his age. He enjoys me reading to him and especially loves little cars. I own a 1/2 wolf dog named Page(who has just had the most beautiful puppies) and a Heinz 57 named Pooch. I admit, I am one who loves auctions, thrift stores, garage sales and finding bargains. Favorite holidays are St. Patricks, Halloween and Christmas. I treasure handmade Christmas ornaments. I am a lover of chocolate, huckleberry candies and European candy. I love ordinary coffee.
As far as clothing, I wear an XL t shirt. I love anything with OZ logos (Wizard of Oz that is). My last shirt became a bag.

I love dulcimer music, celtic music, bluegrass and American Indian Music but actually I enjoy about everything.

I enjoy getting any type of items for my ATCs'. I am always in the need of embossing materials, stamps, stamp pads, alcohol inks, charms, etc. My latest challenge is a Day of the Dead necklace and I am looking for skull charms. I love sock monkeys. I also design fairy jars.

My fav will always be "the Wizard of Oz"
