About Me

I'm 41, with a husband of 18 years. I work part time in a hospital. I live in Ontario, Canada. Love where I live! I can walk to work if I want to. I like to go camping, even if I don't get to much. If there is water nearby even better because I like to watch the sun set over the water. I enjoy planting flowers in the spring but hate pulling out weeds! Not much offends me, I'm easy going.

We have a cat, it's a boy and we named him Quirk Mc Bitey Captain Rambo Awesome Smith.

I open my mail in front of the computer, so I rate as I open. Hearts for sure if you have wowed me. If I think you worked hard on a package for me I will give you a heart too or you read my profile. ( I hope you will do the same). I like to give hearts!!!

Favorite Music

I listen to all sorts of music, from 80's rock, new country and relaxation music. I love listening to the sounds of the birds in the morning.

Favorite Books

Reading any book that keeps me from putting it down, from mysteries like Kathy Reiches to funny books like the Shopaholics series. I love looking for old cook books and booklets.

Favorite Movies

Don't watch movies. Just a few a year. I own a few that I sometimes watch,Legally Blonde, Everafter, Prettywomen.

Favorite Television

CSI , all of them, if I'm still awake, Las Vegas is still the best. I like the Food Network and Slice when nothing else is on.

Favorite Crafts

Card making, stamping, paper crafts and scrapbooking. I dream these things. That is how I get a lot of my ideas. I am very lucky, I have a whole room to leave my craft stuff out. I love to cook and bake. Trying new foods is so much fun, I just wish there wasn't the dishes to do afterwards. I enter items into the fall fair here.

Since being on here I like to do ATCs. I am working on be an artist everyday!

Favorite colours

I like pink and blue, not necessarily together and all shades. Baby pink I enjoy more than hot or bright pinks.

I look great in red, deep red!! LOL

Comment: Wow..yours came out way better than mine! What brand of polish did you use? I bought a bunch of dollar colors and they seemed to have dried as soon as they hit the water...not very pretty. I managed to produce a few good ones to make ATCs but nothing like yours. Good job. Thank you for the extra too (:
Response: Thanks for the heart! I used Sally Hansen and a couple of $ store brands. The thing I think that works is I used distilled water from my dehumidifier. I tried warm water and it didn't work so well. They were lots of fun, I made pages of them! Thanks again.
